Amen to this, when I started I would do all the crazy stretches and hard to understand exercises. I’ve reverted back to the more simple PE to the dry jelq and I’ve never been happier.

You should do it until you can feel your dick and are aware it’s there. Never do it to the point of pain but you should be able to feel that it’s been worked. Clamping intensity and concentration are the most important aspects. A few kegels in there help as well, or if you can, after every stroke.

VVC, after tried some hanging I turned to jelq also and I am getting some gains.
I think jelqs are more confortable and pratical (you don’t need to warm, wrap, put weigths, etc …).
My wife gave me some good feed back and I am getting harder erections.
Usually I do something like you: 300, but using a based milk cream (a cream to babies skin care) and do 50 to the left and 50 to the rigth, with 70% erection.
I do this before my daily bath.
But, I do this only one session a day. Do you do more than a session? Do you divide you 500 jelqs in more than one session?

I cannot cite exact evidence to, or from the routines of members, no.

I can say that Wadzilla and Iguana both agree with the statement that I wrote in that earlier reply, concerning decreasing work done in a daily routine, rather than adding rest days. They are vets that have gained.

There is information that can be cited that states that connective tissue must be stretched daily, “IF” microtears occur on the microscopic level when gains are created. New collagen will fill in the microscopic gap in the CT, and it will contract if not stretched frequently, because it is basically scar tissue. Remember this is all microscopic, and on the scale of micro meters, or smaller.
