Wanna feel your ligs?
So much of PE has been done or tried by someone before, but what I’m about to relay is new to me. Perhaps I’ve read it or pieces of it and stored it subconsciously, but to my knowledge, I’ve not seen it described before. I could give a rat’s ass about inventing moves or naming shit, so if this has been discussed, please forgive me.
If you are concentrating on downward stretching, try this-
Sit on the edge of a toilet or chair, nekked from the waist down.
Lean forward as far as necessary to reach one of you arms around and under your thigh and grab your dick, trying to push as much loose skin as possible towards the base.
Pull your dick as close to BTC as you can.
Stand up as much as possible.
Once in this position, try to stand as straight and tall (tall is the key) as possible while simultaneously leaning back slightly. The feeling is that you are creating an arc in your abdomenal muscles, stretching them. Gradually stretch as far as you can and adjust your timing so that you reach maximum lig stretch at the count of three. With your free hand, feel around your pubic area above your penis. You should be able to really feel the fundiform lig stretching, as well as the burning feeling of a great lig stretch in general. Experiment with hand positioning, for me putting my fist on my same side butt cheek works well and allows me to pivot it with the pull.
Go back to starting position, repeat above procedure. I do 50 3 second stretches with about 1-2 seconds rest between each hold, with each hand, 8 times per day. This is while I’m at work and after I’ve hung 2 sets BTC in the morning to get my ligs to a fatigued state.
When you complete your set, change hands, repeat.
I feel this combines the concepts of JAI and fulcrum stretching, and really provides a great stretch to the ligs. Hope it helps.
