Viagra and veinous leakage

Viagra and veinous leakage

It seems vein leakage is the buzz word today which leads me to a thought. Could a low dose of 20 to 25 mg daily of Sildenafil Citrate cure a very mild case of leakage long term? I really have no opinion on this other than I have been doing this for about two weeks and I “think” I am seeing some benefit. I missed two days and am still seeing a benefit and of course the Sildenafil is metabolized and gone. I do realize it helps greatly on a short term basis.

I think I do have a mild venous leakage from corpus spongiosum. I know CS should be not that hard as corpora cavernosa but I got a feeling that it leaks.
And I think it started leeking even more when I started PE few month back even if I do just mild newbie routine.
Yes it definitely leaks more.

If I take Viagra (and I sometimes do) or put a cock ring it helps a lot.
But I don’t see any difference after another day or so. And I don’t see any pharmacological way or physiological mechanism how viagra could possibly help to cure venous leakage long term.
Sorry to disappoint you.

I have always wondered if jelqing, etc. might harm the veins/valves in some way so that they leak. Obviously, the valves are not designed to have blood forced against them at super-high pressure. Scary. The only solace is that there seem to be lots of guys who have been doing PE for years who have good hard-ons and can keep them. Myself, I can get hard, but sometimes lose the erection easily or too quickly. Don’t know if this is due to PE

*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

dangleman,

PE is interesting subject for sure. But it has some dangers and I think we still have not much statistical data about long term results. Right?

I wish medical community do some research on PE but it is not realistic.

Medical community is very sceptical about PE.

My Addiction to Viagra

Although I am new here and on the MOS site I would like to throw in my two cents on the subject of Viagra. BTW, for some reason I can’t start a new thread about this subject on either board so I’ll put it here for now.

A little background: I am 42 years old and in pretty good shape, could be better, but not bad overall. When I was 38 I found the old PE board and went by the name Tomcat. I started PEing, primarily jelqing and doing Uli’s, and got to doing it 5 days a week. Nothing really happened except for nice flaccid visuals. I then started to hang with the old pvc and hose clamp design. I never could hang comfortably BTC but could hang 20lbs standing. I then ordered the Bib hanger and was highly impressed with it but for some reason I never could get the wrap right or the toe in business right so it would hurt like hell to the point where I got so frustrated and just said fuck it. Nothing against the hanger or the man but I just couldn’t get it right. I still looked pretty good flaccid but was very disappointed that I never could hang and actually see signs of growth so I just gave up and faded away. I never had a problem with erections unless I drank too much and wanted to have sex with the wife.

At that point, roughly 2003, I began to experiment with Viagra because of the Superman qualities it offered supposedly. Well, it delivered as advertised. I could drink a bottle of tequilia and bang for 3 hours. I turned into an 18 year old with much experience. The wife loved it so I began to use it more and more due to the absolute strength of my erections. You really do become a man of steel.

Then about a year ago I decided to order about 100 tablets which they screwed up and sent me 200. Every time we wanted to have sex I would take a pill about 2 hours ahead and just wait for the effects. BTW, these were 100 mgs each. One year later, actually about 2-3 weeks ago, I began to realize that I had not had an erection when I wake up in the mornings in about 3 or 4 months and couldn’t imagine sex without the Viagra. So me and the wife decided to get intimate without the stuff and guess what? No erection at all. And I mean nothing. It was like I was drunk except it was in the morning. Then we tried it at night and the afternoon but still no erection.

There is no doubt in my mind that I’m hooked both psychologically and physically at this point probably due to the strength of the dosage I was taking and the frequency I took it. 2 to 4 times per week for the full year. So I decided to make some MAJOR changes.

First, the Viagra and me are done.

Secondly, I have ordered DLD’s dvd and Chances all day stretcher today (May 27, 2005). I realize these are for size/gains but they will help to flush out the chemicals that have effected the nerve which effects the arteries that control blood flow to the penis. Jelqing daily and massive consumption of water to flush the chemicals out over time should restore my balance. Psychologically, I’m a fucking basket case so any actual gains in length or girth would do wonders for me and I don’t care if it’s only in the flaccid state. I just have to get back to square one because right now I feel like a heroine addict and that’s not good.

Thanks for letting me vent.

A low dose of an SSRI may help, as they have been demonstrated to cause priapism, due to their veno-occlusive properties via being 5HT1 and 5HT2 agonists…..

Contractility changes of the deep dorsal penile vein due to serotonin.

PURPOSE: Penile erection is a complex neurovascular phenomenon that takes place with the active contribution of arterial and sinusoidal structures. However, some authors claim that larger veins including the deep dorsal veins that produce contractions, might be involved in the physiology of erection. This study was designed to clarify the contractile properties of deep dorsal penile veins (DDPV). MATERIALS AND METHODS: The effect of serotonin (5-HT), noradrenaline (NA), adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and acethylcholine (Ach) on the isolated DDPVs of 16 impotent men, 9 with veno-occlusive dysfunction and 7 without venous leakage, and 5 potent men (controls) who underwent radical prostatectomy, were examined in vitro. RESULTS: Although NA, ATP and Ach had no effect, 5-HT produced concentration-dependent contractions. Emax and pEC50 of 5-HT were 411 +/- 10 mg., 5.92 +/- 0.25; 1020 +/- 260 mg., 5.83 +/- 0.24 and 160 +/- 40 mg., 6.4 +/- 0.22 in controls and patients who had venous leakage and no venous leakage, respectively. Samples of controls were contracted only with 5-HT2 agonist, DOI (pEC50 = 5.63 +/- 0.02), and these contractions were antagonized with 5-HT2 antagonist ketanserin. On the other hand, both DOI (pEC50 = 6.30 +/- 0.77) and 5-HT1 agonist, 5-CT (pEC50 = 6.23 +/- 0.21) produced venoconstriction in patients with veno-occlusive dysfunction. CONCLUSIONS: The present findings suggest that 5-HT receptor functions in the DDPVs are of 5-HT2 subtype in potent men and the altered response to 5-HT in patients with veno-occlusive disease may play a role in the pathophysiology of impotence.

I used to take Seroxat for a depression, and I had amazingly hard erections. Also, it was very difficult to reach orgasm regardless if I was masturbating or having intercourse. But this was not a longterm effect.

Wow guys!, something to chew on. Thanks for the info.

The other side effects of Seroxat were mostly there in going on-going off the medicine, so I don’t think I’d like to take it intermittently. Besides, there’s been a lot of talk of increased risk for suicide etc when going on-going off Seroxat.

My conclusion: if you need to treat depression, you’ll get the hardons as a side effect. But it’s not worth playing around with the stuff just to get the hardon and staying power.
