How do people here judge when their routine is getting stale? Do you tend to keep at a similar regime for a long period of time hoping to work through the plateaus? Or do you stick to the same routine but increase the intensity slighty (i.e. from 500 jelqs to 600 jelqs) - if so, how to do you decide when and what to move up to?
Finally, if you’re the type that insists on variety, how often do you alternate your PE practices and with what degree of extremity?
