V- Stretches???
Can someone please explain to me how to correctly do V-stretches. I have heard about them on other PE boards but no one gave a good explanation of how to do them.
Also what do V-stretches benefit length or width??

I dunno. I’m guessing that it’s both from the way things move. A little weird pulling it out and pushing it down or up, but I can see some potential both ways. Also, pretty comfortable to do it. Just started these.
It has occured to me more than once since starting PE over a year ago, that if I wanted a career change? I’d be wise to consider Pastry Chef, considering my experience now.
