Using the Penimaster as a hanger

Thanks to SWM’s modification to the Penimaster seen
HERE I am able to use the penimaster with enough force that it almost could be considered hanging without the weights. It has worked wonders for me and actually broke my plateau!!

I checked out your design and I may modify my Penimaster like yours. I really don’t like the rubber strap constricting my head on the original. I have been using the PM for about 5 months but really don’t like the noose.

What is your routine with your modified PM?

I wear it as much as possible. This ranges from 1 hour to 4, depending on what I have to do that day. I take it off every couple of hours and jelq for about 10 minutes and then put it back on. I use max tension and even screw it up so that there is even more stress.
