Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

Actually I’m not sure what your point was. Do you mean I should stretch straight out with the golf weight on and rotate hips (etc..) to hit the ligs from different angles? My main aim is to hit the tunica.

Actually your length would be enhanced as well but unless your doing any heavy hanging it won’t be much.

No, Straightout hanging is done with a Bungee or any other means of stretching SO. The twist of the hips into the OTL position works for stretching the outside edge of the ligaments. The tunica is affected whether it likes it or not. What really hits the tunica hard is doing Wantsmore’s fulcrums here. When I tried them, the results were just scary. The rings should be used by themselves. Don’t try to combine the two. First it’s just not necessary and secondly in order to do SO hanging you’ll need to use a hanger, That in conjunction with any rings would be very cumbersome.

Now I have to ask, are you doing heavy hanging AND Wantsmore’s fulcrums also? If so what your going to find is your girth will be increasing and when that happens it’ll mess up your hanger settings. That will be more then most people want to deal with. It’s best to choose one or the other. In general it’s best to reach your length goal 1st and then chase your girth. Combining both is a challenge. You’ll likely end up finding the same thing I did which was when I reached my length goal my girth was already more then I expected so girth work was unnecessary.

I aim for girth first. I’m pumping. I think these tunica stretches combined with efficient pumping work outs (I love what I do right now) to maximize the expansion and the new size will yield some results and that’s a hell of a long sentence isn’t it I’m panting maybe I should stop I don’t know I feel like I really want to give my all in this one aaaaand .. I’m done.
I never really did any stretches, so I guess I could get a few easy gains from manual stretches, and why not these fulcrums .
0.5 inches in length would be a lot, I really want some girth though.
What were your results with these fulcrums, I saw somewhere in the thread you had more expansion while doing girth work.

Do you think compressing hangers lead to more girth gains than vachangers?

What I would suggest for you is to try clamping in addition to the fulcrums with rings. I think you’ll see a significant change with clamping as opposed to pumping.

I like squeezes and clamped edging, but my dorsal veins don’t, so I have to stay away from them for a while. In the meantime I’m curious enough to give pumping a real go, I’m getting nice expansion and it’s pleasant. Thanks for the tips.

Yes, you’ll get some expansion but most guys find that the expansion is fluid based and assimilates back into the body shortly after as it is mostly a dermal affect, where clamping is based on internal pressure expansion on all tissues.

So today I used them for the first time, and despite being a bit snug and me fearing of becoming erect they worked great.

As long as I stretch I won’t become erect. I use olive oil to slip them on. I only bought three, but it’s enough to work on the base/middle part of the tunica. When I needed to work higher up the shaft I just added an ok grip above the golf weights.

First I used them as suggested by wantsmore .

I also stretched straight out, playing with slight angles, it stretched the shaft efficiently and without pulling on the scrotum. The part of the tunica located next to the two lowest golf weights was affected by this.

I suggest using baby powder as a lubricant instead of the Olive oil. You’ll find that it provides the lubrication as well as it keeps things dry.

I stumbled upon this thread. I built up to doing this exercise by pulling SO, up, down, left, right for one min each for a few weeks before I bought weights. Did my first full workout all the way up the shaft (5 weights) tonight, but since adding a lot more pulls I cut down to 30 sec each. Definitely definitely something to this for me.

Recently quite a few folk have said thay got no response from him, seems he’s not around anymore at least for now.

For anyone interested in these fulcrum stretches but who either cant find or finds golf weights awkward I found a great alternative, the std figure 8 decsender used for climbing.

This thing is fantastic for any kind of fulcrums, its cheap and should last forever.
