Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

I found a similar effect with these stretches, they really affect my erection quality for an hour or so which makes doing any girth work difficult.
Probably great for length work.

Well I believe the tunica would be taking the blunt of the force and stretching out a little which would create a bigger gap between the tunica and smooth muscle. Whatever the cause it blasts your dick and after my hanging session I had no problem getting a full-blown erection

I have found a way to do the golf weight stretch without using the golf weights. I found the golf weights too narrow to fit in to comfortably, bummer BC I spent 30 on them. But I found an old fashioned wooden rod that you use to open and close the shutters on the blinds, same size as the newer plastic ones. It’s about the same width as a single golf weight if not slightly smaller. I just use it as a fulcrum, laying on my back with my knees bent up around 90°, between the front of my thighs and my penis and then the back. I hold for a minute on each side and just work my way up. I get a really good fulcrum stretch out of it, even had to rest a day BC my shaft was tender.

It’s just fulcrum stretches.

Golf weights are just unusual fulcrums to use this type of stretch and are maybe more comfortable to get stretched a lot.

All in all, if t works, just do it.

Do you do these stretches alone or before your lenght or girthwork?

I did these alone before but now I do wantsmore before my lenght or girthwork. And after getting wiser from other who do these wantsmore strerches. The effect is a real blaster when doin these before the main session begins.

They sell dowel very cheap at hardware stores if you can’t find something.

Anyway, I think I finally got these… I feel a pretty intense stretch while doing them, however don’t gain much more than 1/8" post workout. Anyway it’s a start I guess.

Just got my order (they are still running the promo if you want to order) and these are perfect. Can use for the fulcrum type stretches as described in this thread, and (for me at least) are the right size that I can wear as a cheap ADS or for post session traction. I should have ordered six instead of three.

I just bought some of these, I hope they’re not too small and I’m a bit wary of starting to grow erect while I wear them. I will still give them a go.

I ditched mine for that purpouse.
I have to be totally flaccid to fit them. and it sucks to get hard in them ;) . Have some soap ready ;)

The concept is great though!
I know use them as a ads weight over a silicone sleeve behind the head.

It sounds like I’ll have to start playing golf.

Thank you, I’ll read it carefully. I’m curious to see whether they could help me gain girth (and why not length) if I cycle through them and keep doing my regular routine all along.
