Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

I’m still not getting these. How much girth gains do you guys get immediately post-exercise from these?

IMMEDIATE GAINS???? Not going to happen.

There seems to be a shift in the understanding here of the application for Wantsmore’s fulcrums for length gains as opposed to girth gains.

Wantsmore’s fulcrums were mainly intended for girth work as they do weaken the tunica structures to allow for girth gains from clamping.

They will actually constrict the gains for length for the same reason in that the corpus cavernosa trauma will complicate the healing of ligament stretches. The last thing you want is the tunica expanded while trying to stretch the ligs. Over the long haul, ligament stretches will result in girth gains as they will kind of come along for the ride. This is especially true if angles and fulcrums are utilized for length work, but don’t confuse length fulcrums with Wantsmore’s, they are not the same.

When Wantsmore’s are applied and then clamping, you should see a significant gain in expansion. Those results will eventually be manefest in permanent girth gains but diligence is a fundimental requirement. I would suggest a daily regimen for an extended period or at least the best your schedule and privacy issues will allow.

I thought this wantsmore stretches was great for lenght and girth as he said when he started this thread?

But maybe I’m confused some now also..

But what if you don’t clamp after doing them. What if you target length exercises after breaking apart the tunica?

Not immediate GAINS, as in permanent gains… immediate expansion. How much expansion do you get once you’ve finished doing these?

I’d typically get 1/4” sometimes a little more. It would take about three sets to get that 1/4”

Obviously the more sets you can do after achieving whatever expansion you get will help to retain that expansion.

I have incorporated these in place of regular stretching and it is absolutely more effective then plain old stretching. Your ligaments feel more expanded

I dont know how others to it but I put one on, stretch, then throw another one on and repeat util I have all 5 on. Definitely works the penis

Monty, I am a bit confused.

Firstly Initially I aimed at length and got an 1 1/4” mainly from extending over about a year. More recently I have done dynamic pumping with a Mr Fantastic Pump and got some girth gains. However over the last few months I have plateaued at least where length is concerned. Suspect I have run ot out of newbie gains.

I gather much of newbie gains are lig related. My flaccid is now much larger than when I started. I have also read elsewhere that to get to the next level after newbie gains others are using fulcrum stretches either by hand or devices added to the extender such as the one Monkeybar at autoextender sells. Now Wantsmore’s golf weight stretches are fulcrum stretches and they do work on the CCs and not the ligs as you say. So I cannot see why if they loosen up the CCs and are combined with normal stretching that they cannot contribute to further length gains.

I just got some golf weights and have started using Wantsmore’s stretches both before I extend and pump. I found them easy to do. A great innovation. I have noticed a difference in that my unit feels like it has had a workout much like I got when I first started extending (a tad sore but in a nice way) so I hoping for further gains. As these stretches are fairly intense I gather Wantsmore recommends only doing them every second day. Now I extend and pump 5 days a week. Should I stick to every second day for the Wantsmores?

Finally having got the golf weights and reading your posts on this thread and elsewhere I want to try them as ADSs as well, Now the complication is that I am uncut with a lot of skin. I have read posts about this but did not find a definitiive answer on how to stop the weights falling off.

One approach I am thinking off is to leave a gap between the first weight and the fatpad so that when all the weights are on you push weights back so the spare skin is bunched up at the base and the penis looks like a cut one. Then you can apply the wrap you suggest behind the head. What do you think?

Okay I’ve been thinking about these, but haven’t done them recently. It sounds like wantsmore did these at night with other stretches, pumping, & jelqing and then used the golf weights as an ADS. Nobody has responded with if they did these and then followed up with length work so I’m going to get the ball rolling. I’m thinking of incorporating these into my routine a few times each week before one of my hanging sessions and track any gains. I will be spending most nights at my house(ex has separation anxiety but finally told her we both need to focus on ourselves) and on nights I don’t do PM cardio I should have enough time to do these before a hanging set. I think having a fatigued tunica prior to hanging could be very beneficial for length.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I finally got around to doing these last night before a hanging session. I edged afterwards and my erection wasn’t as hard as it usually is starting out despite some really hot porn. Based off of the TGC Theory this makes since. I then hung my usual weight and after a week with little to no fatigue I felt some last night. I went up in weight this am as planned but even before my hanging session I felt fatigue in my penis. Due to my busy schedule I’ll probably only be able to do these before a hanging session 2 to 3 times a week.
