Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

BTC is probably a good idea … but I believe that it requires the use of a chair and that is difficult for me given my stealth requirements / privacy limitations.


Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

Well whatever you’ve been doing, even despite time and privacy restrictions, sure appears to be a good way of doing things, printman. I’d do anything to be able to gain over half an inch in 4 months!

I’m a little hesitant to buy any of these online, except Monty’s, although I haven’t done that yet, either. After I first read about hanging with golf weights, I checked the Academy store near the gym, and they had some in stock for $7 or $8 each, so I bought 4 or 5. Then I got home and took a closer look, and there was no way in hell my dick was going to fit through the hole. Fortunately I hadn’t opened the packages yet (showing unusual restraint/foresight for me), so I was able to return them. I’m not “large” by any means, but for comparison, I took a quarter and laid it on the head of my flaccid dick, and there was a good 1/4” to 3/8” space between the edge of the quarter and the edge of my corona, all around. Has anyone else encountered this problem with the weights from Amazon, etc.? Maybe the ones at Academy were just smaller than usual. Is there a “standard” size, specifically the internal circumference? Anyone else encounter this problem with golf weights ordered online?

It’s to bad you didn’t measure the inside diameter of the rings you had because it does sound like they might have been smaller than the typical swing weights. Unless your inordinately girthy the typical golf ring is the same size as my standard ring. I do make an enlarged ring but I sell less then 1% of those.

If you could get those measurements it might be helpful.

Remember to take a girth measurement while flaccid and stretched because that is what you will be when loaded up.

You’re probably right. Maybe these were just extremely small. Probably less than the diameter (oops, I said circumference in previous post) of a quarter. I understand that the shaft girth is while flaccid and stretched, and I can see even a little “cramming” to get the head through, but these were just way too small.

I’ve looked at your site, and there’s so much cool stuff that every time I look at it my wish list gets longer. Then I try to make a decision where I balance the shipping costs vs. The product cost (you know, if I can get 4 rings for the same shipping as 3, might as well get one more, and save making a future order—that kind of thing), and I thought, “Well, hell, if I can get some cheap ones at Wal-Mart, I can try them out while I’m making up my mind on the rest of the order.” But Wal-Mart didn’t carry them, so that’s how I ended up at Academy, getting what were apparently the smallest ones China makes. Still vacillating between the weights and just getting a Bib hanger. Trying to anticipate how much time I’ll really have to devote to hanging per day. Also, realistically, I just don’t see me wearing them under my clothes at work. Maybe one of the home made ADS devices would be more practical for me. I am seriously considering the Air Clamp, however. When I first saw it listed on your site, I thought it was pretty pricey, but, after reading about the potential dangers of the cable clamps, and the increased convenience of not having to wrap, I’ve about convinced myself. Anyway, thanks for the reply.

Well I’m gonna give these things one last try because I’m all out of ideas for girth. I’m very into the idea of flaccid girth exercises because I think they have a lot of potential.

I’d like to re-ask my last two questions…

How much girth do you get out of these immediately after exercising and how long does it usually last for? Oh and how long does a stretching routine usually last?

I ask because so far with these I have gotten very little increase in girth right after an exercise (if any), but if this is the type of girth that stick then I guess that doesn’t matter. Some exercises give huge immediate girth increases but it just disappears, but some give little increases which stick.

Ok so I took a pic of myself doing this to see if I got it right. My way may be a bit different from what I think you’re saying, but it’s the only way I feel a good stretch. I’m pulling quite hard to feel anything here. Basically I would do that, then move the right up along my shaft, then do the same on the sides.

Does this look about right?

What happened with me was the trauma that the rings gave prior to the clamping was rather immediate and because it was rather dramatic and it upset my hanger settings I stopped doing them.

Now that doesn’t mean they didn’t work. In actuality the result was too much. If I were going for girth gains that would be the system of choice.
Because we don’t have a practical way to clamp and pump at the same time, this is the best alternative we have.
Busting up the tissues with fulcrums followed by clamping can produce some scary results. Done on a daily basis would have to be productive whether you like it or not.

You ask how long the routine lasts? I would go through 4 rings pulling around in a circle with each. How hard you pull is up to you. The harder you pull of course the more trauma you induce. Then when the clamp is applied you can see a difference and feel immediate fatigue from the get go.

Monty, I PM’d Mick and suggested he start a thread in Member’s Pics. He wasn’t ‘stacking’ the rings, more using a ring as a fulcrum - pulling up on the ring and down on his penis for a deep ‘v’ style stretch. I’ve done the same using gearessentials cockrings and it worked well for localised tunica stretching.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
