Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

Can you show me what the weights look like? Thanks.

AHA! So could you in theory hang weights and use a cable clamp to keep the weights on?

You don’t need a clamp for exercise in question (described in original post).

If you want to use those weights for their intended purpose (ADS), then you need to know how to wrap to keep them on. I don’t think it requires a clamp (and I can’t see that being very practical).

Oh ok.thanks. I figured you slid the weights on and then used something to keep them on. Wouldn’t a wrap get wet and soaked in the shower? I thought he was letting the warm shower water run on his unit so it would get warm and limber. Is there a pic of the wrapped and weighted unit?

When you do the exercise from the original post, you hold everything with your hands so you don’t need a wrap. You’re actively exercising.

Wrap is something that keeps weights in place when you use them as ADS (all day stretcher), i.e. when you’re clothed and when you walk around doing other things. This is more of a passive exercise.

Oh I see.lol, different exercise. I’d like to do both. I bought three Golf weights. You say there’s a detailed explanation on how to hang a wrap all day with the golf weights? I put three on, wrapped and clamped right under the glans and after 10 min or so, the glans felt cold on cut off so I unwrapped. I’ll have to try this stretching technique with the golf donuts. Thanks again.

So does using these help with length at all? I read the whole thread and I saw different opinions on this. I want both length and girth, but no I’m scared using theses will inhibit my length gains entirely..

Can someone please advise me?

Yes, there should be explanation somewhere, search around the forums a bit. :) Cold glans after 10 minutes definitely shouldn’t happen.

I got the slow count of 20 down.but how many reps of each weight? Like 1 up 1 right 1 left with one weight. Put on next weight.see what I’m saying? Do you do a multiple of sets per direction per weight? Thanks.

Ok, I just did this in the shower. I only have three weights so I stacked Medium cable clamps under the three when it came time to increase height. Not sure I did them right but I do have a “stretched/tingly” feeling and the weenie does look a little noodly and scrawny right now.

Weeks ago I read this thread, posted a few comments / questions and then went out and bought some golf weights and gave it a go.

I have 4 of the weights and have been stretching with them (as directed) once a day for approximately 20 minutes. (i.e. 2 sets with all 4 weights)

I also have taken to carrying one of the weights in my bag that I take to work. I have been able to sneak in a 8-10 minute session or 2 when I use the head.

Very pleased … This gives a much different fatigue than hanging. Now that I have been working at it for a couple weeks, I can understand why it has come to be known as a girth exercise.


Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG
