So what gains are you seeing from this?

And do you think this would yeild better gains than regular stretching/hanging? (I am just a stretcher at the moment and i’m looking into other things)

I went from 5.7 BPEL at around 9/23 to 5.87 just a few days ago.
I do not recommend this as a primary way to gain length although it could theoretically add to it.

It was developed to supplement a hanging routine.

Sorry guys never came back to check up on this thread. No my technique is really simple. Take your dick and stretch it out. Take an ace wrap and wrap it around snug but not too tight to cut off circulation. Once your done your stretch will reduce about 15 -20 % (an estimation by looking at mine) and then thats it. You dick stay in that 80% stretch position all night as long as that first wrap around your dick is just a little tight. I have had no ciculation problems and have hung much longer since ive started. Thats it.

Oh and i sart the wrap closest to my head.

I do pretty much what Watch Out details above, except I start my wrap more towards the bottom and keep it semi-loose but tucked in so I can tighten it a bit more once the wrapping’s done. A little velcro strap and voila! Has definitely improved flaccid hang for me.

I’ve decided not to sleep with my BTC ADS anymore because I get the same effect by doing a fowfer with a pillow tucked between my thighs.
Also, I’d like to have at least 1 uninterrupted session of morning wood.

So basically, after adjusting and moving around somewhat, the fowfer stretch lasts about half the night.
