I’ve been following the newbie routine for a while and when I do it consistently I get results.

The newbie routine says to use 2 days on and 1 day off. Is this rest period primarily for jelqing rest?
Is it okay to stretch as much as I want whenever I want? I notice many guys hang for hours on end or use the penimaster for hours on end, which is why I ask this question. If I want to manully stretch 10 minutes at a time 5 times a day is there any risk in doing that every day?

From what I remember, there’s no such thing as stretching too much, only too hard. Though that might be for someone who has done 3 months straight of the newbie routine, I don’t know if you’re in that category?

Glandmaster,you just made my day.:funpost: I got a good laugh out of your response.Peter Mac,as butterbean said,there is really no such thing as too much stretching.Just don’t get carried away.I do some stretches every time I go to the bathroom.Just don’t pull so hard that you cause your self damage.And if you experience any pain,by all means take a couple days off.

what about warming up though? Is 5 minutes of heated warm up only for jelqing then? is it okay to stretch whenever, wherever without warming up first?

If you get caught just tell her that you are doing it to improve your erections so you can last longer. This is what I told my wife when she became suspicious and she bought into it until I had no choice to tell her the real truth.

The penis is incredibly durable. I think the one day rest is to allow the ligaments to heal a little before you begin the next two days so it will heal bigger. Hangers believe by hanging weights for a long period of time it will help keep the penis stretched and growing. Manual stretches are more quick intense workouts. Also keep in mind that the hangers and ADSers had to build up to hours a day. I wouldn’t stretch without doing a warm-up because that can lead to injury. If you don’t want to have a warm wrap you could do light jelqs for 5 mins just to get the blood flowing.

For a proper stretching session I would definitely suggest warming up well first (for me it helps alleviate some of the pain associated with gripping behind the glans). But if you’re only doing bathroom/piss-pause stretches then the warmup isn’t really necessary.

I don’t think there’s any “risk” in stretching 5 times a day. I would recommend having at least one longr session in the day though since I feel that some of the best stretching occurs about 20 min into any session when the ligs and everything else has kind of “loosened up” a bit.
