And Hughjorgan9’s Slow and Steady wins the race. It really IS a lifestyle. I think you almost have to be a little obsessed with PE to really make it work, you also have to kind of enjoy it and make it as pleasant as possible or you just won’t stick with it. Bib says once you have the engorgement clamped off, you can go about the house multi tasking, that it really doesn’t make the ULI any more effective to stay erect. Well, let me say this. First off I don’t dispute anything this man says, however, Bib’s history was written a long time ago and we have made some new discoveries since then. For me the ULI’s are much more effective if I keep stimulated the whole ten minutes. But then again, maybe I just like playing with myself.

What’s the trick to tightening your clamp just enough to prevent blood loss, yet keep blood coming in? Bib was trying to explain it to me, but I’m still confused. I thought you just get your dick just hard enough, then clamp off and leave it, but now I’m learning about all this inflow and outflow stuff. Maybe I’m tightening my shit too much? I keep my Uli thing tight enough to do a horse squeeze and I lose no blood. Is this right?
He also told me that my shaft should definitely expand more than a half inch while doing Extreme Ulies, but it doesn’t. What am I doing wrong?
Fortunately, The arteries that allow the most inflow of blood are deep within the penis, whereas the veins are closer to the skin. This is why cock rings work. After wrapping the wrist wrap over the hanger’s wrap place the first clamp higher, about mid shaft, this will make engorgement easier to start. Pump the first clamp down toward the base until the glands start to swell with blood, then place the second clamp close to the base. This takes a little practice, but once you get it is easy. If you still can’t get an engorgement touch a gentle vibrator to the first clamp. This works for me, but I’m a little partial to vibrators.

Also you can keep the vibrator on the clamp for the duration of the ULI to maintain engorgement. But keep the speed low or the clamp will pinch.
