Underside Penis Length vs Hanging Length

Penis Length: I have noticed this just recently. I pump and then use a ADC (All Day Constriction) to keep the size for a long period of time, basically leaving a large softy. The most I have ever measured in length, measuring over the top bone pressed the correct way was 8 3/8” . Many people talk about how measuring from the side and underneath yields much great length. I agree, but I have also noticed that many people with very low erection level in porn (a high percentage of blacks) appear larger. I measured the other day while hanging down after pumping, wearing a ADC and about 85% hard. I was 9 ½”. It measures and looks much larger than a true straight up erection, so I equate the hanging measurement with the underside measurement and it is very similar.

You mean your flaccid is that long?

No, it is a pumped length with a constriction device that keeps it at 50% to 85% erection level. I am saying when is hangs down, it looks and measures longer, much like the underside measurement.
