Just gauging people’s feelings on this:

Do uncircumsised people, like myself, lose a lot of the benefits of jelqing through having a foreskin?

I’ve heard people say I should pull it back with one hand and jelq with the other, but that interrupts the flow and verges on the painful/impossible. Is it worth keeping up with this or should I consider all men to be created equal?

I’m uncut as well…It took a few tries to get the hang of jelqing for me I found no advantage in pulling back the skin but you can probably find more experiences with the search feature.

I’m uncut too, and I found similar problems when I started this PE thing 2+ years ago. Firstly I jelqued with lube, but that only made my skin burn, so I started dry jelquing. It works best for me because I use the skin to jelq the chambers inside, instead of using lube to jelq the skin. That is, I do the OK grip at the base pushing as back as I can. This almost uncovers the glans. Then I jelq normally, with a good grip, but not jelquing the skin, just using the skin to slide above the chambers. Of course that nowadays I have a bigger tool than when I started, but nevertheless, when I want to jelq (and now I don’t do it that often, I’m concentrating on length only) I do the jelq strokes as big as I can, that is, I jelq as much shaft as possible, without stretching the skin much. Then I do another set on the remaning part of the penis that wasn’t jelqued yet.

i am asking because i thought jelquing is for length-gaining

Depending on the person, and on the form of jelquing, you can or not gain something in length with jelquing. But jelquing is mainly a girth exercise, as is the squeeze, the horses, etc. For length you’ve got my favourite of all of them, Bib Hanging. Hanging is the best method to gain length IMHO, though you have other options if you don’t want to hang. You can manual stretch. There are various manual stretches. Just choose what you want, what you feel will get you the fastest gains, what is more confortable, etc.

first about your dry jelquing… you push your skin back as much as possible, take an ok-grip and slide with the skin, but not over it. that´s clear. my question: do you use alternating hands or one hand and jelquing in each direction?

second question: where can i find these other exercises for length gaining?

ok one more: how are your gainings with this dry jelques?

I use the same hand until it gets tired. Then I start with the other. I don’t alternate hands each rep because it would be more dificult to use the same skin and jelq the same part of shaft if you keep changing hands. This way, I get a constant grip in the same place.

Search here and on PE Forums. There are many variations of the normal manual stretches. You can for instance try the v-stretch that fatigues the ligs pretty well. But keep in mind that hanging will probably be better and less prone to injury in that it is a controled weight you’re hangin, not the force of your arm that it’s not that easily measured and sometimes you can pull too much. Of course common sense is always imperitive.

Well, like I told you, I haven’t jelqued in a long time, but when I did, I’d get about a gain of .1” in girth per month. Of course this was in the beginning, when my dick was not that strong. Nowadays the gain will probably be less, or not, I don’t know. Also, I don’t plan to jelq for my girth gains, I’ll use squeezes and horse’s squeezes for that, because their superior to jelquing IMHO, though their definately not for beginners.

So you just let the skin return to it’s normal place, and dry jelq again?

At what hardness of erection do you do this?

How long? How long do you “wrap” for?

Yep, that’s exactly it. When your dick is big enough that one grip back and forth won’t cover enough penis, then you’ll have to do it by sections.

About 60-80%, more towards the 80%.

If by wrap you mean the grip, then for 2-5 seconds, depending on what my goals are.

I thought you had to wrap your member in a warm towel or something of the sort afterwards to help with healing etc. You don’t?

Just in the beginning of my PE “carreer”. Now I just don’t have the time for it (not even to do PE regularly, unfortunately). Nevertheless, if you have the time, I think it’s helpfull.
