Perhaps I was misleading with my routine. Some days I’ll take the time to stretch up to 10 minutes and do them standing up every which way, but usually it is more random than that. I’ll do the perfect 80% erect jelqs at about 3 seconds a piece. But more often than not, i’ll take the laid back route. I’ll stretch here and there throughout the day. And then, if i’m not stretching hard (by that I do not mean how hard i mean how long and how precise), i’m stretching (in between?) i.e., fowfers. And if i’m not jelqing ‘perfectly’ you know the 2-3 second jelq, an inch before the glands, 80 percent jelqs, then i’m doing the 60% or even 90% jelqs at 2 seconds. Real light, but one thing I always do is be consistent on how hard I press. Time…eh It does have its effects. But if you find a massage that is working for your member keep that one up.

Sorry if this all seems a bit random…but really all I am doing is occasionally working out. I NEVER overwork. That I believe has to do with a large portion of my gains, because I have the time to heal and grow. Ever heard the lifting term, too much is just as bad as not at all? If you go to the gym everyday and consistenly rip your muscles, your actually losing muscle because your not giving htem time to heal and GROW.

Maybe this clears things up, my consistency throughout my workouts is how firm I hold my dick and how hard I pull it.

Question, do you Jelq in the morning, followed by stretches through out the day? Or is it usually Stretches throughout the day and then Jelqing? If its the former, I think you may have just discovered something.

Interesting. Just wondering, who here does stretches throughout their day after Jelqing in the morning? Because If I’m correct, most people, like me, tend to do PE exercises and Jelqing at the end of the day. Maybe Jelqing first followed by stretches throughout the day is better for growth, as the tissue in the penis is already tender from the jelqing, making it more prone to stretches. Just a thought.

Makes sense, however as an athletic trainer in training, I’ve been taught that stretching before or after your workout has the same results. As long as you are stretching the muscles. Even the next day stretch still will be helpful. As far as the penis is concerned, not sure, as only a small portion of it is muscle.

i learned from wieghts that, if you stretch often, you will develop a larger “girth”. but if you never stretch, you will develop a larger “peak”.

non stretched curls is how you get those towering peaks on the bicepts.

I suppose that is why I have never had the bulging muscles, I’ve always had the wrestler body type though. Stretching should be mandatory for any workout I believe. Prevents injury, and promotes growth. For lig stretches however, I hardly have any facts to back what I would say for that.

Yes, but stretching after workouts is for skeletal muscle, in which the penis has none. The main reason that you may be having such a fast growth could be because of all the, whats the word for them again, “Micro Fractures”? you get from the penis in the morning probably left your penis in an easily “Mold-able” state, as it is already loose and tender from the jelqing. Kinda like those small balloons that you always have trouble blowing up. However, if you give it a couple good stretches here and there it makes it easier to inflate the balloon. Might be the same concept.

I do hope some of the PE guru’s would comment on this.

BTW how often do you do stretches after your initial jelqing session?

I cannot be sure what is TRULY contributing to my fast growth.

Back to the days that I do try to follow the newbie routine exactly, it’d be 1/2 the amount of days that I do workout. 1/2 the day’s ill stretch right before my jelq sessionand end the night with the session, the other workout days i’ll get right into a jelq session or a varient and stretch thoughout the rest of day.

But I do not want to put emphasis on when I do certain parts of my routine, because I mix that up almost as much as i mix my eggs for breakfast.
