I have been trying to do Uli exercizes for the past few weeks, but so far have seen no improvement in girth. In fact, the only improvement has been in length (1/8” gain). I have a feeling I misunderstood the instructions (it was a little hard to understand, how Uli wrote it). Can someone give me a rundown of the exercize(s)? I REALLY need girth. Please help.
