to me they seem to be the exact opposites, the uli forces blood into the head while the horse440 forces it out of the head…im not at the point where i can do them yet but when i am confident enough to do them should i do them together or separately…i guess what im looking for is a really good explanation of what they do…and dont say there good for girth i want specifics :)

Basically these 2 are 2 of the best girth exercises out there. they work the same way, forcing more blood into a given space, expanding its capacity. The Uli works the whole penis (shaft and head), while the horse 440 works just the shaft, but probly to a higher level of tension. I would use them both so you get maximum increases to both your shaft and head size.

It seems much easier to expand the head with than to expnad the shaft. Why is that? It also seems more dangerous to expand the shaft. Do people who are making gains get the shaft to REALLY expand, or is just a little bit fine? I can make the head more than 1” over my erect girth while doing these exercises, but the shaft maybe only .2” at best.

I’ve been trying Horses for two months(at almost every workout), but I’m taking a break from them. I don’t know what I was doing wrong, but I got not even an eighth of an inch from doing them. Did I give up too soon?

Girth work is tedious and the gains are hard in coming and sometimes disappear and reappear unpredicatably. I don’t think I’d give up if you think that girth is really a priority for you. Look into some other girth exercises so as to have variety. I was a little fearful of the erect bend and dld bends, but it seems that there is a track record of effectiveness and safety to them provided that they are done prudently.
