Uli vs. clamping

The clamping seems to be the flavor of the year when gaining girth.
Well, it probably the best way to gain in girth.
But I find it a bit extreme, I’ll probably do some clamping if nothing else works.

Calmping is based on ulis, which seems safer to me.
How effective are ulis/horse 404 compared to clamping?

I would like to know also. I am planinig on doing Uli in my routine. I thought about clamping but it seems to be a bit too much for me jsut now

Physiologically, they are very similar in action. The main benefit of clamping over manual exercises is that they are much less work on the hands! They also allow decent amounts of time without letting pressure off at all, although it will drop slightly and you will have to kegel it back up again, unless the clamp is very tight. With hands you will be letting the internal pressure off the CC’s a bit when changing grip etc. Not really a major problem.

The advantage of the Ulis and Horses is that you can fine tune the pressure constantly, and if anything doesn’t feel right, you can let go. And they give you great grip strength!

I’ve only just started clamping with a cable clamp so I don’t really have much experience to offer yet. However, I’ve found that Ulis tend to trap more blood and you can also kegel in a lot more blood since releasing and re-gripping is so easy. Last time I PE’d seriously I got good results from just Jelqs and Ulis but over time I couldn’t take the increased pressure and got my usual capillary problems. Clamping has, so far, enabled me to use less pressure while getting good expansion (although not on par with my intense Uli sessions yet).

Time will tell for me but I would recommend Ulis to anyone, they’re a great exercise.

Discoloration is a side-effect you’ll get from clamping. Does uli’s also give you discoloration?

Uli’s and clamping are essentially the same exercise just with different tools. So yes, Ritte88, ulis encourage discoloration.

For me, clamping is superior because my hands could never create that kind of pressure for 10-20 minutes.

I am going to do a mixture of both.

Yes. Anything that keeps the ‘same’ blood in your penis for any length of time will increase the chances of dislcolouration. Search ‘firegoat rolls’ for help to combat that.

If I want to take the safe route, is it recommended to do uli’s for 2-3 months before clamping?
How much more danger is it in clamping compared to do uli’s?

Do Uli’s for a few weeks to get used to the feeling of pressure, then try clamping if you want to. The biggest danger of clamping is that when you see your penis clamped it will look as big or bigger than you have ever seen it before, and the temptation is to tighten the clamp even more, and kegel and push the clamp down and try to get the absolute maximum pressure you can, because you want to see just how big you can make it!

And that’s usually what causes damage. Of course, at that point the pressures are very high, so the damage is proportionally very high.

You do not need these mighty pressures for clamping to work. You will get a feel for ‘safe expansion’ and a feel for ‘pushing it a bit hard’. As long as you resist the ‘pushing it a bit hard’ the risk drops a lot.

If you resist the excessive pressures, then the risk is from leaving the clamp on too long; the optimum time is different for everyone, but the temptation is to leave it on too long, which often results in much more discolouration, and can also cause some tissues to fatigue to the point where, if you are then tempted to increase the pressure, they will fail.

So basically if you don’t use too much pressure, and don’t leave the clamp on for too long, clamping is not too dangerous. But the temptation to do both those things is very high when clamping. Take care, be sensible, and you should be OK.
