I understand this exercise to be grabbing the base in a ok grip and squeezing correct?
I seem to have gained from doing this , I add a slight squeeze to the glans as well to create even more expansion. I hold it for 20 to 30 seconds tops.
Question: Is this exercise more stressful than clamping, I have only clamped on occasion but with the Uli or H 440’s , it seems that after a couple days in a row I start to show a smaller flacid through out the day. I think the unit responds to less is more when it comes to these types of squeezes, Is this true?? Or should the hold be reduced to say 10 to 15 seconds?
I just can’t get a handle on this , sometimes I do it and the flaccid is huge most of the day but after several days of this exercise it shrinks
