Uli safe?

I have been PEing for about a month now, I can’t use a lubricant such as vasoline because I live with my parents still and it would be to hard to clean up in a hurry.

I have the Uil video and it looks like a girth exercise with no lubricant (just what i need).

On another site I was in it said never do any PE 100% erect, whats the deal??

To everybody:
Is this right procedure of Uli?

First you get an erection – a full one. Then grasp with ok sign at the base, pump some more blood in the shaft with the pc muscle and hold it for 30 seconds. Then you releases it and do it again.

My problem is that I lose a full erection beetwen pause, so what should I do – just musturbate till full erection? Does have to be the erection really full?

Then how many repetitions of these squeezes should I do?
Regarding the results : is it uli’s also for lenght gains or just girth?
And last isn’t with this workout any danger for ED, I am asking that because I see some similarity with Jelg erect which defenetly couses ED

Every other bit of a information will be useful.

3/4 says uli - Not an 100% erection. I personally do Ulis and Horses at around 60-70% erection.

If combined with jelquing - lets say doing an uli every 2nd/3rd minute when dry jelquing, you’ll get much better workout compared to plain jelquing session. You’ll also save some time if you do some ulis during jelqs, because they’re much more intense than just jelquing.

If you haven’t been squeezing before, I’d say that you can expect up to +1/2” in girth in a few months(, probably the same in length too).

Where can I find this Uil video? Also, is it a few exercises or a whole routine?

Uli #3 Video or search for uli.

Uli was just a guy, you know. This was his third PE exercise.

I’m a ULI guy, it helped girth for sure. It’s a hand clamp, you can control it but your hand does get tired with the grip. I’m at 80-90 % erect. On a normal routine of jelq , my objective is usually to do 3-5 ulis during the 30 min session, I try to hold as long as possible but I can honestly only get 1.5 min to 2 min.

I did this because I couldn’t imagine clamping or using a pump, but that was when I started.

I just started water pumping and I will never stop that now. I think after my next- next decon I will finally try clamping.

I think ulis are a great intro that you will see results from.

My 2 cents: Start jelq> then after 3-6 months start ULIs> After 6-9 months water pumping > Clamping not sure yet as I have yet to do that.


Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

5.5 NBPEL Start~~ 5.7 NBPEL- 2011 ~~ 5.75 NBPEL/ 4.25 EG 2012 (Stop 11 years- Started again 4/2023 same stats as 2012)

6.2 NBPEL / 6.7 BPEL / 4.5 EG (5 - 5.25 EG w/ C-Ring) / Grower 4 FL - 12/2023 ~~ (Objective 6.75 NBPEL / 7.25 BPEL / 5.5 EG & Solid EQ)

1. change your goal to some objectives
2. I do coconut oil, I have many threads on that
3. If you have only been at this for a month, as I noted earlier, you are not ready for ULI if this is your first time doing PE give it 4-5 months. This is a marathon, this is for life, if you are not ready to be patient do not do this.
4. Get and NIR pad or a real easy way to heat up, I know how hard it is to heat up a rice pack at home. I use the NIR +Red pad, if they ever ask, it’s for muscle healing
