About your dry jelqs that you do…….

Describe a couple of things to me.

1. How erect are you when you do them?
2. does your hand actually slide or does it move with the skin towards the head?
3. How long is your routine on average?
4. Now that you’ve started jelqing with lube, do you find it more effective?
5. when did you REALLY start to see solid gains, 2, 3, 4 months in? Thanks

My style and technique

1. I am at about 50% erect when I do the exercises.

2. I move the skin when I jelq.

3. Anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes depending on how much time I have that day.

4. Actually the lube or no lube is about the same. But the lube does protect the skin.

5. I started to see gains after about 2 months. But real gains in the erect stage after about 6 months. I just measured today after about 1 month of exercise. Flaccid length is at about 6.25” pulled fully out against the ruler. Erect length at 7.25” still, and erect girth 6.25” still. Haven’t seen much change recently. I might have maxed out. But I will still keep working at it.

Thank You. By 50 % erect, do you mean like the feeling just when you start to notice an erection, maybe a partial? Also is this the move that gave you the 2” gain? Thanks.

One more thing,

When you jelq, on a scale of one to ten(1-don’t feel it/ 10- FUUUUCKKK) how firm is your grip. I’m a natural overdoer and when I jelq I usually do it till red spoots and discoloration occurs. I’m starting to find that this is too much. Tell me, how hard I should do it?

Use common sense

If you know that the pressure you are using is too much, then reduce it. You do not need to get your gains all at once and most likely you won’t. Lighten your touch until it feels comfortable but yet knowing that you are forcing blood down the shaft to the glans. Remember, it is the only penis you will ever have so don’t destroy a good thing for the sake of trying to overdo the exercises. Good Luck.

When you do it, you don’t feel pain do you. Usually my jelqing has been bordreing on high discomfort to low amounts of pain. I’m just trying to figureout the touch that works for me, also I want to avoid going too lightly and getting no results.

Jelqing method

I have never felt any pain at all. I am careful. I also do not have any portruding veins on my shaft. It is very smooth. I also keep it shaved. It makes it easier to jelq since I don’t pull any hair when I stroke.

Usually when I’ve been jelqing, I’ve been doing hard slow strokes with a kegel before each stroke. I also slide my hand over the skin, not along with it like some people. UCLA said jelqing should be more gentle but I just don’t feel anything when I go gentle.

I just did a 45 minute workout where I was trying all the suggestions and tips you guys gave me from jelqing. First I used a mix of Crisco and Lotion. Very good lube combo. Also I kept a pretty good E the whole time……60 to 80. The questions I have is:

1. When you guys jelq, do you actually feel the blood in the head at the end of the stroke?

I only feel that intense pressure in the head when I squeeze really hard at the base but when I do that, I can’t really move my hand so the exercise becomes a squeeze instead of a jelq.

2. Do you guys prefer overhand(fingers to ground) or underhand?

I tried both and kind of like to alternate

3. Do you guys have skin covering the head at the end of the stroke? By the way I’m uncut.

4. Sometimes I feel a slight crunching feeling in my shaft all the way up. Not pain, or discomfort. Do you guys know what I’m talking about?

5. After a good jelqing session, are you guys really engorged and full? I only seem to get this when I throw in some squeezes.

I know I threw alot of ?’s but I’m still a little uncertain if my technique is perfect.

6. UCLA, I watched the video of the guy jelqing on yahoo. He was using fingers u, going pretty fast, and looked like he had a VERY gentle grip. Is that really the way it’s done?

but I will try and answer a few of your questions…

A: I don’t actually feel any blood ‘moving’ at all.. just the shaft and head above the grip gets a feeling of pressure and enlarges/turns redder

A: This is a specific exercise that I do alot of which I like to call the ‘shiner’ although it was probably named something else by it’s inventer ;) . you grip at the very base and try to engorge as much as possible with PC and whatever, then tight grip and move the grip as much as possible (more than an inch or two is real hard without extreme pressure) (btw this ones supposedly the best for girth and I’d have to agree:) )

A: Personally I prefer the palm to ground. I can get a better tighter grip more towards the base with it.

A: Yes and ditto.

A: Depends how long I go for and how intense, but after a sorta medium session (BTW I do mostly only girth exercises) I am quite red for at least an hour and large and kinda ‘puffy’ it swells up and refuses to shrink for a couple hours if you know what I mean.

A: Don’t worry, I dont think anyone has perfect technique… just do what feels best and you will get to it eventually.

Hey veg.

I will try to respond to as many of your concerns as possible.

In order for me to feel blood engorge my head at the end of the stroke I use a pretty firm grip but not so hard as to do any damage. If I use a mirror I can see my glans swell somewhat from the jelq pressure. This is good.

I uli with about a 75% erection. I start the squeeze at the base and progressively wrap all of my fingers around my penis forcing the blood to the head and the outer perimiter to fatten my penis and the head.

I find the overhand method to be the best using my left hand. Now that my penis is longer, I will sometimes hold the blood in the shaft using the right hand.

I am circumsized. When I started jelqing 21 months ago I could hardly get any skin to cover the head when I jelqed. Now with a 50 to 60% erection, I can almost completely cover the head of my penis with a jelq stroke. Some times in a total flaccid state, my penis head will be about

3/4 covered with skin from the shaft. The jelqing has succeeded in stretching the skin on the shaft so that my penis is now beginning to look uncut if it is totally flaccid and I don’t pull it out to its fully flaccid length.

I do not get any “crunching ” feeling in my shaft during jelq.

I jelqed early this am about 4:00 am. When I finished my penis was red and very engorged and fat. It will normally stay like that for about 1 hour. I took a shower afterwards and the warm water kept it thick which I think helps since I did some pretty good stretch exercises in the shower under the warm water. My penis afterward hung pretty low.

As far as the video of the guy jelqing, I dont know why he bothers to do it. Number one he has a pretty decent size penis and really doesn’t need to add any more inches. Number two, I do not think he is really putting enought pressure into his jelq to do any real good in gaining any more length. I know that I put a lot more pressure in to my strokes. I feel that is the only way to fully engorge the shaft with blood to see results.

Hope this helps. BTW, what were your starting stats and how have your progressed?

My starting stats were about 5.5” x 5.5” midshaft. Now I’m about 6.0” x 6.0” consitantly. The reason I ask about the jelq is because Even at 50-60% Erect like you said, and jelqing firmly, I can’t really feel the blood moving toward my head. I feel like I need to be more erect. Also, do you kegel when hanging? Thanks! I’ve been PEinf 4months My goal is 7.5 x 6.5 which I think is reasonable, I just want to make sure that I’m working it to get there.

I know how you feel. When I hit that mark I felt great. I am working towards 7.5 long myself. I am constant at 7.25 long by 6.5 thick. My center shaft is the thickest. It is the last 1/4 inch which is the most difficult. At times it seems like I have gotten to 7 3/8 if I really push a bone press measurement but I know that it is going to take some time to get that last 1/4 inch of length. I kegal all the time but I have never hung anything from my penis. I have a tremendous fear of doing serious damage. I am getting the gains I wanted with the manual exercises. And if it takes a little longer it doesn’t matter. I have the rest of my life to do it in. Don’t forget, I started at age 60. I am 62 now. I am probably one of the older members in this forum, although I don’t look it or act it.
