1. If you do bends, how long before you begin to see measurable results?
2. When clamping, my cock does increase in size, but not as much as some seem to indicate. I am thinking maybe it is not toght enough, so how tight does the clamp need to be?

When you clamp, if you put the clamp on too tight you will not only stop the outflow of blood but also the inflow and so reduce the effectivness of the exercise. It really is a matter of trial and error to see what is the best for you.


I don’t get you. You have been asking bending questions for almost a year now. If it’s not working, move on to something else. Instead of doing static exercises like bends and clamping, try some dynamic exercises like jelqing where you get the blood moving and pump things up.
