twisted uli’s are great for the tunica. i do these whenever i can..

set up for twisted uli by being 80% erect. grab the base with an overhand grip and kegal in as much blood as possible. with the other hand grip just behind the glans as if you were going to stretch. compress the glans and shaft. now twist slowly to the left until you feel slight pain then hold for 5 seconds then right until you feel slight pain , doing these for 1 minute. do a normal uli squeeze for 30 seconds the shake it out. I do 5 reps of these, with each set i increase the twist a little more . these hit the tunica very well and i feel it until the next day

Could what you’re feeling the day after be any major damage to your pecker?

I’m very wary of all these “twisting” stretches and stuff. I don’t trust anything that has the word “bundled” and “penis” in the same sentence.

No, because everything works just fine. That’s why I stated twist it until you feel slight pain. This occurs with less that 1/4” rotation. You are just adding stress. Since implementing twists, DLD bundled stretches etc. I have made gains unlike any before. If you choose not to do them, that is your choice….. you have to listen to your body and do what you feel is right. I for one highly endorse them.

i’ll look to add them into my routine later down the track

I wouldn’t be against trying them, but I’d rather max out on conventional methods before I go into anything more advanced.

My reasoning for this is, what if you’re not on a plateau, or haven’t yet reached your goal(s)? Let’s say you use the “bundled” stretches to get to the length you want, but then what? What if you wanna go further? Then what technique will be available then? Tying your dick to someone’s bumper and yelling, “Floor it!”?

I’d rather get as far as I can get with real simple shit, then when that stops working, go for the more “twisted” exercises, ya know?

Who knows? I’ll probably try ‘em tonight. I’m looney like that.

ahund, I have gained 2.25” in erect length and 3/4 in girth . I am primarily working length at this time.

While it is true there are only a limited amount of exercises, stretches and squeezes, there are several varients of these. If you say work to build up your bicep and use curls consitantly with the same weight you will eventually stop growing. Not that you reached your limit but, that your muscle has become used to the same routine. The idea comes from changing your routine so that you don’t stagnate your gaining process. Change your routine every few months or so, increase tension, stop wet jelqing and do dry jelqing, work the lig then the tunica. Be open to suggestions for new or slightly different exercises. You don’t need to be on a plateau to change your routine, by changing it, you may avoid a plateau all together. Incidently, in the post above, I stated that I have gained 2.25”…. 1.25 of the length growth has been in the last 6 months. I attribute this to the changes I have made to my routine. I change routines every 2-3 weeks and even cyle in rest periods ( although sometimes, not by choice ).

And keep working for 5-6 days a week.
