Turkey Neck - Inevitable?
Hey all, it’s been a while since I last posted as I have been on a 2 month or so decon break (unintentional) after some good newbie gains and I’m now picking back up. One thing I have been wondering is if there have been any people with big gains that have managed to keep their Turkey Neck reduced or even non-existent?
To me it seems inevitable as I begin PE once again, I am reminded once more of this darn Turkey Neck that I have created. By no means is my TN severe, most likely mild at most — I could still do without it. Has anyone had any success with skin stretches at all? I know there is a dedicated TN thread around here, but I would just like to get everyones input on this.
