I read a few good posts on the dreaded turkey neck and how to fix it. The best one I thought was by real mcdeal on hanging SO and holding the balls back. I’m sure something close to this has been used but I though I would put my way up since there are always a lot of questions on turkey neck. First lets address why we get it. When the internal penis grows skin needs to grow to hold it. For the top of the penis the skin just grows but for the bottom of the penis it has no need to grow because you could pull your penis out 2 inches and still probably have enough skin in your sac to contain it. To fix this we need to grow the skin on the bottom of the penis not stretch the balls. What I do is for 15 to 20 min per day I start with warming up the skin on the bottom then I lay on my back with my penis pointing up to my navel. I take my right hand and place it just below the bottom of the glands and take the left had and grab the skin right were it changes from turkey neck to shaft skin and pull downwards. This stretched the skin on the bottom side of the penis so the sac skin will not need to come forward as much to make up for the extra growth.

How erect should you be? I guessing it’s not flacid, so what percentage should your penis be erect?
