So I had added this exercise to my routine, and have done them probably about 20-30 times in the last 3 months. I tried to do them last night when I was stretching, and I was unable to put any pressure on the ligaments (I don’t know the name of them) as they seem to have stretched out or something. It’s like they no longer come out to the sides as much, and are more parallel with the penis. I don’t know if this makes sens, but I think it’s due to the ligaments stretching from this exercise, which could be the reason for my approximate .5 cm gain in length.

That could very well be. Do you warm up before you do the exercise.

I warm up most of the time. Either way, it’s like I can’t do the exercise any more because those ligaments “aren’t there”.

Sounds like they loosened up.
