Tunica technique question

All over the board PE’ers talk about length and girth gains because they use different angles to attack their tunica. Are these different angles created by manipulating a single technique to completely cover the tunica? or is it a combination of different excercises used to target specific spots. If any of you vets have a strong understanding, please list a few excerises to work specific spots. Any feedback is appreciated thanks.

theman, I was just thinking about this today. I have been able to hit different angles using the “A-Stretch” What I do is slide the wrist holding hand at different angles and it translates to different lig and tunica stretch. I will try to make some illustrations tomorrow explaining this better. Thanks for refreshing my memory.

I too would like to know about tunica-specific exercises too. I am scared to workout my ligs these days due to the ever increasing erection angle and quality of erections I’m having these days (including when trying to have sex). All I can think of right now is gripping the base of the penis and stretching the shaft, but I can’t get a very good stretch from that.

PE SMART - Quality is infinitely better than quantity. Monitor your progress. Make changes accordingly.

Basically, any stretching that is done above your LOT angle will stress the tunica. Make sure you stretch in many different angles, left, right, straight out, up left, up right, up towards your chin, etc, etc. Use the A stretch or fulcrum stretching as much as possible, concentrate on feeling your tunica stretch. It’s a great feeling once you can recognize it, as you know for a fact that you are stretching the tunica and doing some good.

When I do tunica stretches I get a circulation problem. The glands gets a “red stripe” and I am worried it can become permanent if I stretch the tunica too often. What do you say? Do you really think some sort of wrapping would help?

mrCow, I get this too, and I think I’ve read it is a very common occurence for hangers. When I get done stretching, I simply jelq or get an erection. Once I restore normal blood flow, it goes away quickly.

Well I started to doin DLD Blasters and I was wondering how soon the soreness was suspose to come in. I don’t get sore until later in the afternoon and its not a killer soreness. I would like to know how others feel?

I rarely get lingering soreness. Not really much soreness during workouts either. Just a good stretched feeling…
