Tunica/Lig Question

Ive read alot, but im still confused about something. I know that the ligs can be stretched quite easily and people get quick gains from it, then it stops because it has been stretched to its max. About the tunica I dont understand. Is it like the ligs, where it can only be stretched so far until it stops gaining or what? Can someone please explain on this. I know you guys are going to tell me to use the search, but I have and I cant clearly understand this wherever I look.


September 2004: BPEL=5.75 in. NBPEL=5.25 in. EG=4.75 in. July 2005: BPEL=6.5 in. NBPEL=6 in. EG=havent checked yet .75 in gain in both BP and NBP Erect Length over the course of 10 months of "once in a while" stretching.

Your right, you could find detailed information by looking up Bibs LOT theory thread, which is probably one of the most used threads here.

You want to strecth the ligs until your LOT is less than 9 oclock. Then stretch the tunica. Eventually if your tunica takes up the extra room, your LOT will raise and you will need to stretch the ligs again.
