Tunica Differences

Relaxin is certainly very intriguing. How much of a go have you given it? I know it is terribly expensive.

I’ll gladly donate a few here and there should anyone request it. My girlfriend can practically stand on my erection if she wants, but it’s too thin and tight to do her much good sexually. My tunica is a tough sonofabitch, no doubt about it - haven’t been able to get any girth in years even with consistent PE. I don’t even see temporary expansion after 30 minute clamp sessions - nothing. I must have multi-ply kevlar down there. So, maybe if I peel away the strata, I might be able to see some gains.

Not that there’s likely to be much of a practical upshot to this knowledge in terms of PE, I’m still curious to see what comes of this, though the summary really says it all.

I ordered a bottle of “Vitalaxin 20.” The directions say to take 1-2 tablets 2 times per day. I’ve taken doses between 2 and 15 tablets but haven’t noticed any effect as of yet.

Hasn’t Relaxin pretty much been argued out of the running for this sort of thing, for a number of reasons? I got some a while back and never even cracked the seal on the bottle - after further research and discussion, it just seemed pointless to take it.

I’m curious to see whether you’ll achieve any effect with this.

It’s been discussed a bit in the Chemical PE threads but as far as I know its effects have neither been proven nor disproven.

Since nothing I have tried so far has helped me gain (girth), I am at a point where I feel that I need to be trying new ideas. Right now I am willing to try anything that is both reasonably safe and has some chance of success.

Best of luck, I hope it works out for you. Our stats are virtually identical, and I’ve also been absolutely unable to coax any girth out of my unit despite years of trying (and months of chemical PE), and I’m thoroughly discouraged and disgusted, and on the verge of throwing in the towel for good and moving to some windy mountain pass to live out my days as a hermit. It’s time for a breakthrough, so I’m wishing everyone all the best with any and all alternative approaches.

Histologic study of the tunica albuginea of the penis and mode of cavernosus muscles’ insertion in it.

The tunica albuginea (TA) is the outer covering of the corpora cavernosa (CCs) and corpus spongiosum (CS) of the penile shaft. The different histoanatomical patterns of the TA, as well as the mode of attachment of the ischio-/bulbo-cavernosus muscles (ICM, BCM) to the TA, were studied, aiming at elucidating their role in the mechanism of erection. Twenty-eight cadaveric specimens (18 adults, 10 neonatal deaths) were studied morphologically and histologically after staining with hematoxylin and eosin and Verhoeff-van Gieson stains. The TA consisted in 20 specimens of 2 layers: inner circular and outer longitudinal, in 6 specimens of 3 layers: inner circular, longitudinal and outer circular, and in 2 of only one longitudinal layer. The CS TA was formed of one layer of longitudinal fibers. The mode of cavernosus muscles insertion into the TA revealed 3 patterns. The conjoint BCM and ICM formed a fibrous belt over the CCs in 18 specimens, a muscular belt in 6 and no belt in 4. The functional role of the variations in the TA morphological structure is not exactly known. We hypothesize that the 3-layered TA gives more penile rigidity than the double and single layers. Considering the type of cavernosus muscles insertion into the TA, it appears that the fibrous belt exerts more CC compression than the other 2 types of insertion.

Pudendum - if I am reading the other study correctly that CC compression does not exist (in the rat model, at least). (?)
