Well I’ve been doing this for several months now, and I haven’t really gained anything (maybe a little length). I notice that when I jelq and uli, my CS gets really big while I do these exercises, my dick gets alot thicker. No permament gains have been realized girthwise. I think my problem is that when I jelq or uli, my cs gets really rigid and hard and expands whereas my cc does not.

I’m wondering if anyone has any advice/techniques on how to target cc growth

I’m trying to put less pressure on the bottom of my dick and instead use more overhand grips while jelqing. Additionally I am tying to push my dick down as I jelq, since this seems to make my cc more rigid.

Any advice?

Have you tried a two handed method? Jelq with the tips of your thumbs and first two fingers by putting pressure only on the sides and avoiding the CS. Thumbs on top, first two fingers below, pinch the CC on each side and slowly stroke toward the glans. Repeat. Don’t worry about clamping the base. Many do this dry rather than using lube. Of course it’s made easier if you have loose skin.

Interesting, I’ll give it a shot! When you mean ‘clamp’ are you referring to an actual clamp or just starting the two handed jelq at the base? Thanks for the advice.

Hi westla, I have a question for you.

Why do you think is more difficult to increase width in comparison with general girth?

Which is according to you a safe exercise for width ( excluding to crush the semi erect penis over an hard surface ).

He said “Don't worry about clamping the base”, meaning you don’t need to get your grip around the CS, just the CCs. The exercise westla described is called a c-grip jelq and can be seen in action in this video.

The tunica is thicker around the CCs (which determine width) than the CS so it’s easier to gain girth in the CS.
