Hey guys-

It has been about a month since my last PE exercises and I am not finding the time to get back into it. I would love to work on getting bigger before the end of the year. My schedule does not allow me a lot of private time- kids, wife, etc. Plus I am in school to get my graduate degree. Any suggestions on what i can do to gain size while I am doing everything else that is going on?? I would love some advice. Before I was stretching and jelqing about 30-40 minutes every other day. The time just isn’t there like before. Would welcome any help.

Get up earlier, stay up later, stealth PE, PE in the shower, piss pulls, PE session split throughout the day in 5-10 minute sections, ADS, get a lock on some random door, study at the library and do your routine in the pisser, divorce your wife and move out etc.

I’m almost in the same boat as you, but I’m done with school and work full time. My solution was to buy a Penimaster which I wear while I work for 4-6 hours a day (taking breathers every hour or so for 5 minutes). This way, you have a constant stretch and you can go about youir business until the stretch becomes too distracting (then you have to come up for air and release the straps and get some blood flowing back the the head, then reaaply). It’s pricey (about 179 bucks, but it’s finely crafted and I believe-after 2 weeks of using mine- that is will work without any manual PEing).

Hi guys.

Try taking a shower on your own during the day and jelq for 10 min if there is not much time.

10 min is better than nothing. Hope this helps, or try stretching in the mornings before you get up.

I have the same problem. Someone in the house is always crossing my path every 10-15 minutes. I know this, because every time I go to hang, I have a tough time getting the minutes in.

I built a stretcher which I can wear at work and around the house and get like 2-4 hours in a day. Plus I built a Captn’s Wench, so I can go sit in the can and stretch while reading a newspaper.

The golf weights are also good for an all day thing, or at least in between exercises.
