Trying to come up with a new routine
I have a hanger that I made myself, autoxleeve, and now I have a pump on the way in the mail. I’m not exactly a newbie, I’ve been trying a few different methods over the last two years and nothing has really gotten me any gains. I wear my autoxleeve during the day at work and at night but I want to find a routine to combine my hanging and pumping. Does anybody have a good routine for this? I’m looking to get some length first and then go from there.
