Try this stretch
The other day I was going through some stuff of mine and I came across a January 2003 issue of Penthouse. As I was browsing I stumbled across an article entitled “The Penis Page facts and phallus es of America’s favorite organ” By Dr. Ava Cadell. She started of the article by citing the fact that as we age we actually shrink in height and that some people that follow a good workout routine and diet and avoid this from occurring.She stated that the penis is the same way and that the penis should be stretched and exercised or it will shrink with age and will not operated at it’s fullest potential. She cited several exercises from her own research that have been practised in Asia and Africa for centuries. So give this one a try. I have been using it for the past several days and it is now part of my regular routine.
Step 1. Place one hand at the base of your penis and the other behind the glans.
Step 2. Stretch the penis in both directions, away from the body with the one hand on the glans and the other toward the body, where the other hand is at the base.
Step 3. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat for 5 minutes once or twice a day.
I go 10 minutes and hold the stretches for up to 30 seconds.
