Try this stretch

The other day I was going through some stuff of mine and I came across a January 2003 issue of Penthouse. As I was browsing I stumbled across an article entitled “The Penis Page facts and phallus es of America’s favorite organ” By Dr. Ava Cadell. She started of the article by citing the fact that as we age we actually shrink in height and that some people that follow a good workout routine and diet and avoid this from occurring.She stated that the penis is the same way and that the penis should be stretched and exercised or it will shrink with age and will not operated at it’s fullest potential. She cited several exercises from her own research that have been practised in Asia and Africa for centuries. So give this one a try. I have been using it for the past several days and it is now part of my regular routine.

Step 1. Place one hand at the base of your penis and the other behind the glans.

Step 2. Stretch the penis in both directions, away from the body with the one hand on the glans and the other toward the body, where the other hand is at the base.

Step 3. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat for 5 minutes once or twice a day.

I go 10 minutes and hold the stretches for up to 30 seconds.

In other words, it’s kind of like your having a tug of war, pulling on both sides.

You can also twist your dick and do the same stretch, it’s supposed to work on the tunica I believe.

Well, I guess it would be like a kinda tug of war as the way Michael34786 compared the stretch. Except one must apply equal pressure on both ends. I feel a really good stretch along the mid-shaft.

Haven’t tried this yet, but I don’t think that applying equal forces on each side would be an issue, thanks
To newtons 2ND (I think) law of physics: Every force experiences an equal and opposite reaction force.

So both hands will be applying the same force regardless of which hand you are trying to pull and which
One you are trying to hold still.they are both moving relatively to each other.

So what your saying is, if I can only pull say 40lbs with one hand, then with two it is still 40lbs.

Can you remember any of the other exercises?

I think that this is a good stretch. When you pull with one hand just below the head, the force is basically at the base and in one direction, but stretching this way puts the force in the centre and gives it a better stretch. I think I will try this for 1 month and see what happens.

BiggusMickus,The two other exercises that were listed you can find here at thunders place. I should have referenced them. One being the v-stretch. However, there is a slight difference between the one listed in the article and the one you can find here at thunders.

For reasons not listed in the article the Dr. Stated that during the v-stretch one should not apply pressure from the bottom of the shaft resulting in the penis being bent downward. But instead the pressure should be applied from the top of the shaft and from the sides with your thumb, finger, dowel etc.

I have tried this variation of the v-stretch by applying pressure with a dowel from the sides and I can really feel the stretch in the tunica.

The other stretch is just the basic stretch in the up, down , side to side pattern.

Sounds exactly like DLD’s “Dual Fulcrum” stretch.

I do the same thing, but I pull down (towards the floor) at the base. It’s sort of like a different V-stretch for me, and I feel it in the ligs now, finally. Sheesh, I have tight ligs :rofl: !

Thats a normal V-Stretch, how is it different?

I checked the date on 7-up’s original v-stretch post and it’s Mar 27 2001, maybe Dr. Cadell read that post.

I’m not sure I understand the first post though 1stresponse.

OK so that’s one resting on the pubic bone and one at the glans.

I don’t see who you can stretch toward the body if you are already at the base. I assume she means hold a bit up the shaft and pull back. That sounds pretty useless to me, I don’t see how you can get a decent grip near the base that won’t just result in skin stretching.

Is skin stretching the point maybe? I’ve certainly done something similar to stretch the skin.
