Try this for manual stretches

A few weeks ago I tried hanging with Tom Hubbard’s idea of using the swim cap method. It worked better than I thought.

So after a week of hanging this way, I decided to use the swim cap attachment as a way to get a more intense manual stretch and boy let me tell you it works great.Just grab the end of the swim cap and pull and you can even switch hands without releasing your stretch.

There is no slippage or interrupting your stretching routine to adjust your grip.And it allows you pull harder on your stretches so you get those extra few centimeters on your stretches.
