Trouble with PEing routine
Since I started PEing this second time, I’ve seen little to no gains. I can’t say I’m suprised, though. I’ve had quite a bit of trouble with routines. I did the newbie routine for a decent amount of time, but the biggest problem I encountered was that I wasn’t able to maintain a consistent 60-70%erection during the workout. It ended up taking far to long.
Next, I tried clamping. It seemed as though I’d found THE routine for me. However, inspite of the recent “advancements” with clamping, I still can’t always find the time. Now let me comment on that. I know that, in theory, all one has to do is establish an erection, place the clamp at the base and simply leave it on for 10-15 minutes. The pressure will be maintained by the clamp and there’s no need for any further sexual stimuli. But, I discovered that this doesn’t seem to work for me. It seems as though if there’s is no continued sexual stimuli, the internal pressure subsides… not entirely. It varies from workout to workout. But, I don’t believe the internal pressure, whatever it maybe, to be sufficient to result in growth. So, again, it was to time consuming.
I almost forgot. I remember leaning on this website of a stretching device that stretched the tunica. But, I can’t remember what it was but I do remember someone saying that it’s possible to make one yourself. Whatever it is, I thought I might try one of those.
So, I don’t know where to go from here? Do any of you guys out there have any ideas or suggestions? Some of you veterans out there have a lot of experience. Anything you could suggest would be greatly appreciated.
