Since I started PEing this second time, I’ve seen little to no gains. I can’t say I’m suprised, though. I’ve had quite a bit of trouble with routines. I did the newbie routine for a decent amount of time, but the biggest problem I encountered was that I wasn’t able to maintain a consistent 60-70%erection during the workout. It ended up taking far to long.

Next, I tried clamping. It seemed as though I’d found THE routine for me. However, inspite of the recent “advancements” with clamping, I still can’t always find the time. Now let me comment on that. I know that, in theory, all one has to do is establish an erection, place the clamp at the base and simply leave it on for 10-15 minutes. The pressure will be maintained by the clamp and there’s no need for any further sexual stimuli. But, I discovered that this doesn’t seem to work for me. It seems as though if there’s is no continued sexual stimuli, the internal pressure subsides… not entirely. It varies from workout to workout. But, I don’t believe the internal pressure, whatever it maybe, to be sufficient to result in growth. So, again, it was to time consuming.

I almost forgot. I remember leaning on this website of a stretching device that stretched the tunica. But, I can’t remember what it was but I do remember someone saying that it’s possible to make one yourself. Whatever it is, I thought I might try one of those.

So, I don’t know where to go from here? Do any of you guys out there have any ideas or suggestions? Some of you veterans out there have a lot of experience. Anything you could suggest would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need to relax a bit man. Have fun with different techniques. The gains will eventualy come and you will eventualy find your “zone”. It sounds like you may be placing too much emphasis on a “routine” and putting too much presure on yourself.


I don’t know if this applies to you or not but maybe you could stop masturbating and looking at porn for a while and that may help with your keeping an erection problem. It worked for me.

That’s a pretty good idea. I’m very used to the concept of routines for so many other things that I do that I think a “routine” is mandatory in everything. I’ll try to loosen up.


That’s also a pretty good suggestion. Maybe if I combine both your suggestions I’ll really get somewhere. Thanks guys. Any other ideas are, of course, welcome.

Also, what is that device that I described in my opening post?

andgrowing: Remember there is a certain element of this PE thing that has to be done forever! Whatever that is- even a very mild maintenance routine. We have our whole lives for this, so if slow is the way, so be it IMO.

As for the device you mentioned, try searching Penimaster or Redi-stretcher in these forums and you should be able to be directed into the right path.


I used to masturbate (of course without orgasm) while I was clamped to keep enough pressure.

Use different stretches to see which fits you and clamp, do horses and ulis for girth. That is the way I gained.
