Tried twist on horse440

Been PE’ing for about 6.5 weeks and just tried my first more advanced technique with my jelqing, kind of like a horse440, but not. Squeeze at base, let up a little, kegel 10 times, squeeze, kegel 5 more times and then while counting to 10 jelq slowly up. I didn’t make it to 10 most the time, but damn great feeling exercise. I won’t be able to PE for the next 3 days so I figured today was a good day to try something new. :) I think this will be added into my routine … should it be called a reverse horse440 or a horse jelq, heh.
