What are the advantages of fulcrum stretches over conventional manual stretches?

Good question. There are 3 main advantages : 1) you can apply way more force with fulcrum stretches than with simple stretches; 2) it is way less fatiguing on wrists, arms and shoulders; 3) that force is focused on the tunica albuginea. This latter point needs maybe an explanation: unlikely of what you could have read elsewhere, most of guys will not gain anything from stretching ligs if not a slightly longer flaccid and a lower erection angle. To enlareg your erect penis, you have to enlarge the tunica albuginea, period.

I’ve been using manual stretches to supplement my PE routine and really like the fulcrums. However, if I exert the force I feel I should be using, The skin feels like it is getting overstretched and becomes uncomfortable. I’m referring to fulcrum stretches with about a 2” bottle. Am I doing something wrong or should I just stretch more gently?

I’ve found a little lube between the fulcrum item and the penis helps me avoid the stretched skin feeling which happens when the skin sticks to the fulcrum item.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Lube where it contacts the fulcrum is effective. Thanks for that idea. I never miss an opportunity to do some manual stretches during a bathroom break. I hope these short sessions have some added benefit to my regular PE.

I do two sets of 5mins straight out twice a day on my rest days
That seams to help with keeping it full flaccid for the majority of the day.

Keep in mind that’s an extra 70mins a week.
& If it’s total time under tension it most work.

Your third point makes me think that conventional manual stretches may not be particularly efficient in affecting the tunica as compared with fulcrum stretching. For example, I have pretty much employed SO and sometimes SD stretches but believe that my modest length gains can be attributed more to jelqing than stretching. I don’t know for sure but I can’t say that my stretching routine has paid off nearly as much as jelqing. Does that make sense with respect to affecting the tunica or are other factors responsible to growth induced by jelqing?

Perhaps jelqing or girth work works hand in hand with length?!
As in per stretch the tunica first with girth work.. Then stretches aftwards.

Hey guys, newbie here. Just started reading up all I can on the forum and so far it’s great. I have started a beginner jelqing routine.

Quick question: I am uncut, when I reach the upper end of the glans my grip slips/ slides off. Is this normal? Is it dangerous in any way and if so how can I prevent it?
To describe it better I would say my grip gives as soon as I start feeling a slight sting at the very tip for the obvious blood accumulated during the jelqing of the rest of the shaft.

Guys has anyone else fond that the day after or even later the same day.. If you do basic streching or lig streching that your scurtim skins & perhaps the ligs themselves got very tight?

I always got this & never liked it much.. But I was doing the fulcrum stretching & went abit to hard & took a 9 day brake to get over the injury.
So I decided to restart with a week or so of basic streching.. & The very next day bang it was back.. As, e tightness.

My thought at this point is to just do tunica based streching only?? Or could this be down to too much force?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Too much force.

I should also add at the time I only done fulcrum stretching I got none of the scurtim tighting for 3 weeks.
So this I why I’m thinking that the ligs are tighting up the next day.. Like thy don’t like being stretched period or I’m applying to much force.

People have told me my whole life that I don’t know my own strength.. This is why I’m thinking the latter is ture?
