I’m using an 9 inch bottle as a fulcrum & my BPEL is just over 7:65inch’s is this ok?
Or to small or to big?
Iv read thou the trend but didn’t understand what you meant by the fulcrum should be BPEL/2 or BPEL/3.?

Divide by 2, or 3. :) For example, you are 7.65”, round it to 7.8” (so it can be divided by boht numbers, 2 and 3) and you’ll have the ideal fulcrum is 4” (again, rounded) or 2.6”. It is not required that perfect size, it is just to give an idea of what will work better IMO.

I use an about 5” diameter wine bottle to perform upward side fulcrum stretches actually. Take a few bottles (or pipes) of different diameters and see how they work for you.

Sorry miss read your last post. Was thinking your meant 4 inches around not 4 inches wide.
I think iv got a good bottle & I tried it out tonight & I can fell a good stretch.

Hello I have a question about penis erection while stretching, I used search function but couldn’t find an answer, when we start stretching our penis needs to be in any erection state? 10%-20%-50%?

Streches are done flaccid, although a low level of erection is ok, say up to 30% to put out a number.

The only stretches I have ever done that were not completely flaccid were bundled stretches. Even then they were only done at say 30% erection level. I have heard of people stretching their ligs while fully erect but that sounds incredibly risky to me. Stick with flaccid stretches and you should be fine.

Ok so done a good routine yesterday & added the fulcrum also & when I woke this morning I was a hair off 8x6 & id say my EQ was only like an 8.5/10.

This is my routine
Warm up for 30 mins with weat bag.

15 5second squeezes at about 80% erect.
300sts to loosing ligs.
5 side fulcrum’s both side.. Warm water in bottle.
2 fulcrum’s straight down & straight up.
15 mins edge.
20 mins heated cock ring warm down.
10mins heat.
Which I do mon/wed/friday.
I’m a great believer in rest days.

I know its a temporary gain but what the $#@!? I have never had a 1/4 inch temp gain since iv staterd PE nearly 2 years ago.
This can’t be normal! Lol!

Could it be possible that iv had the gains but locked away! If that’s at all logical?! :-/

Well, even if it is temporary, it is a good sign. :) Don’t overdo though, even good things can turn bad if taken in too high doses.

Keep doing what yielded the temp gain. They come in spurts.

Don’t get me wrong I’m not complain about it lol!
& I know if I over do things it will have a negative effect.. Which iv done may times in the past! I’m prone to over training tbh. So do you think that 3 days at the same routine would be to much? Taking into account that I prone to over training?
Like should I do that twice & the 3ed day a little bit easier? Say knock a few reps off my max so to speck?.

Yeah I haven’t gained in length in the last 6/7 months or so but have gained in girth.
Hopefully this is what iv needed to get me to my name sake :)

You have to find by yourself, because each of us is different. I personally would do squeezes every other day and stretches up to 5 times per week, but always checking how your penis reacts.
