If you really want to target length, the best way IMO are upward side fulcrum stretches; this means that the side of your penis is relying on the fulcrum; otherwise said, once you have grabbed your penis, rotate your hand 180 degrees toward the floor. I hope in pics F3 and F4 you can get what I mean. This way, the surface of your penis relying on the fulcrum will be smaller and consequently the force fighting the stretching tension will be smaller as well.

Gonna try fulcrum today, is 10-20 minutes enough?

Enough for what? The more you stretch, the better, assuming you are not applying crazy forces. If you are asking what’s the minum work to see gains, I’d say three minutes total for each direction.

I always suggest to take at least one days off per week. But if you want to stretch 7/7, well go for it. The general rule is: the more force you apply, the more rest you need. As already exposed, I advocate a mild, prolonged force; such an approach shouldn’t cause injuries even if you practice every day. What is likely going to happen with no rest days, though, is your EQ going down. A lot.

I’m having great difficulty getting a good grip. My usually method is to squeeze below the glans by gripping it between my thumb and knuckle of index finger. This is the only grip that really works for me, but only for about 60s before my fingers tire and I have to switch hands. I tried the V and reverse V that you described, and I cannot obtain any traction on the corpus cavernosum with these grips at all. The glans slips right through with any force whatsoever.

I feel like a gripping device would really help me. Something to provide better traction and torque. Its very difficult for me to get any long-lasting stretch because my hands tire so quickly. Is there any kind of device you’re aware of that might help me?

Is there an actual Gripping Device available ? I have Foreskin and find it hard to get a proper grip , usually find it sore gripping behind the Glands !

Grab about one inch below glans. Remember to retract skin and not to stretch the frenulum too much.

Also, during fulcrum stretches one side of penis’ skin takes more friction, remember this.

I think I just have a weak grip. I have to take a lot of breaks and it takes about 90 minutes to get 30 minutes of stretching it. What do you think about using a vac device for stretching? Would it be able to provide enough tension?

A vac device would make more sense for hanging or using with an extender. I guess it is a problem of technique, probably you are not getting exactly how to apply the V grip; you can use the other hand to make the grip more firm. Also try this: when you grip the glans, apply a slight bend, so it forms an 45 degree angle with the shaft. Toilet paper will help the grip a lot also. Uncut guys’ glans is often wet, this could be the reason your grip will slip.

but not a shoelace though, the string has to be very thick; also, the foreskin should be retracted when stretching, not like in the picture.

I think a lot of the girth you get from clamping is interstitial fluid build up, not just in the skin but between the skin and the tunica albuginea, so you are temped to say it is ‘real’ gains; and if you are consistent enough this fluid build up never clear, so you can believe it is ‘permanent’ growth; but actually a lot of that will disappear if you take a long break. The same happens with pumping. Also, clamping and pumping inflates CS, which add to the girth expansion, but it is temporary as well.

So if you are getting the same expansion without doing clamping, that is a great new, because stretch doesn’t create fluid build up and the expansion you get should due to real tunica enlargement. Stretching is great actually to reduce fluid build up. You should notice the difference because your penis would feel harder, compared to post- clamping expansion. Also width should increase more, compared.

Now, the other point : fulcurm stretch doesn’t look that effective anymore. Ok, that is what happens with about any exercises, at a faster or lower rate. The options that I see are: a) you stop doing them for a while, and go back to clamping or other techniques; b) you add clamping to the fulcrum stretches and see if there is a synergistic effect; If you are after girth, the best companion would be dry jelqs, but this is a strictly personal opinion; c) you stay on this routine for a while and see if it gives some more gains; not necessarily what you see right after a PE session is an indicator of what you will get in the long run. Rember real girth gains are really hard and slow to achieve.

About the last question: it hanged lower and fatter, or just lower? And lower you mean the flaccid length was increased? Generally hanging lower is something that you get when you stretch the ligs; depending on how you perform the stretches, you could have noticed that you can place stress in different area of the penis; maybe first times you were targeting more the ligs, pulling your fulcrum more near your body.

Edit: of course, if I have misunderstood, try asking again, taking spaces and explaining in more simple words. :)

Hi I have a lower LOT and according to the theory it says to stretch it upwards. So how do I hang it upwards or if using an extender? Please help

I have to say I have had some good luck with clamping personally. I think the real secret to clamping is to do it a little above full erection while still allowing blood to filter in and out, this allows for real expansion of the tissue instead of edema since you are clamping beyond full erection instead of before full erection (that is my theory anyways; came to this from a PDF I found about clamping called The Guide version3 written by Redzulu2003).

I do this by clamping as far into my fat pad as possible and Kegeling (?) enough blood in so that I feel some pressure in the head and shaft, only feel the pressure in the head sometimes. Note: you should only feel pressure and maybe some discomfort, but never any pain. If pain is felt release the clamp a little to remove some blood and Kegel (?) less blood in until pressure and no pain is felt. I can’t really suggest this exercise for newbies since the risk of injury is high IMO.

I also do very (very) light bend stretches in all directions while clamped. I clamp like this for about 5 to 10 minutes while doing one or two sets of the bend stretches. I have gone as long as 15 minutes, but not all the time. I have great erection quality doing this and I also dry jelq after I remove the clamp and do long stretches after jelqing.

Forget LOT, it is nothing but wrong hypothesis. Whatever your LOT is, best stretching angles are SD and SO. Upward stretching can be useful for girth at some degree.

Hello I asked a question but others got answered and not mine. Maybe it did but I can’t find it. I just buried my Mother the other day so please understand if I’m not seeing it. My questions was about girth and this is it…..
