I didn’t mention that you are using your own hands as the fulcrum. Grab the shaft with your right hand about a third of the way up. Grab just under the head using the v grip. Pull the left hand to the left and righy hand to the right. But use your fingers gripping up top to keep the head facing forward. In essence you are using the fingers as a fulcrum but not in the traditional sense.

So it make a “N” or ” “Z” symbol. Do you hook with two fingers on the shaft and bend first down then up for example?

Let me see if I can explain this for you and make a crude drawing. I believe this is a fulcrum stretch using your fingers and the hand your grip with to tension head of your penis
opposite of the side with the fulcrum. Or in other words, it is a A or V Stretch where you “pull” the head of your penis into the direction of the finger used to create the fulcrum point.

So what you would do is take your penis and with your left hand grip near the head as if you were to do a manual stretch, and stretch your penis in the 9 O’clock direction. Now with your right hand, place your finger(s) on the top side of your penis at approximately mid-shaft and press downwards. This should cause your penis to form a approximately 90* bend around your finger and your left hand should now be raised higher than your right hand with the top half of your shaft being vertical and the bottom half being horizontal. Now to create the second fulcrum or pivot point for the shaft of your penis, you will take your left hand (the one gripping hear the head),and you will want to rotate your wrist downwards(in the direction of your fingers creating the first fulcrum.) This should cause a second fulcrum near the grip on your penis, thus giving you two.

This is a crude model of the stretch, with points A being location of a fulcrum created by your finger(s) as in a V Stretch, and location be being the point of your second fulcrum created by the hand you are gripping with pulling back towards point A. The periods are there to keep the shape of the model, with the lines being your penis.

Or imagine you have a rope tied to the wall and two metal rods fixated in place which are point A and point B. You want to pull it straight out and under point A(your finger). Then you take the end you are holding and stretch it all the way up to point B(your grip hand) and then back down over point B towards point A.

That is a good description, Skolman. I was going to suggest trying to manipulate a thick rope or rolled up towel to a Z or N and transfer that hold to your unit. Mine ends up looking like an N or backwards N when doing the stretch in reverse. Of course I imagine not all could do this (I for example don’t have the right leverage for LDP stretch).

Anyway, my unit has responded much differently to manual jelqs after stretching this way. I have always jelqed at a low erection level to flaccid. Starting flaccid my unit gets up to about 50% with no stimulation othet than jelqing and I get a much greater pump. Time will tell if it is a good sign.

Ah, yes thank you! I forgot the rope or towel method for stretching. You can just as easily use either and still perform the stretch as effectively. It does have quite a lot to do with leverage and penis length as well. Everyone is different and you can use PE as a personal experiment.

I do agree that jelqs seem more effective after you perform a stretch or exercise that works the internal structures of the penis. You can try erect and semi erect massages on the CC if you don’t want to stretch.

I have a not so smart question. :-) Fulcrum stretches feels great in my opinion. I’ve been stretching and PEing for 4 years now and for me the Fulcrum stretches are the best so far (so Thank you mr. Marinera). Ok - my not so smart question: say for example that I do side Fulcrum stretch to the right - the right side of my penis has contact with the Fulcrum. Am I stretching the right side of my penis or my left side?

Right side fulcrum stretches stress the the right side of the shaft. And opposite to the left.

Simple as that :-)

Well, I think TA per se is less sensitive than ligs; probably smooth muscle is way more sensitive too. If you do a normal stretch, you feel most of the stress on the ligs since they have more nerves and blood flowing. A slight pull is ok; a light burning sometimes happens after a very long stretch; it is still ok, but it isn’t a good sign IMHO, because it means tissues are starting to get some irritation.

I think in any kind of stretch, you should just rely on the stretching feeling itself. It is somewhat similar to the feeling you get when you completely relax a muscle. There shouldn’t be any discomfort for the most part; if you want to stretch to the max, wait the las few sets, or last 5 seconds of a set.

Secondly, how does one know when they have “maxed out their ligament gains”? I’ve heard this phrase many times and am sure I am not there yet, but I was wondering how one would tell that this is true. Thanks again for your time. It is much appreciated.

There isn’t such a thing as ‘ligament gains’ per se; longer ligs can add maybe half to an inch to your flaccid size, but erect nothing will change. Ligs are stretched together with the tunica anyway, since they are attached higher on the shaft than most people realize. Longer ligs without longer tunica won’t accomplish anything, since your penis is tied to your body from the inside, not by ligs.
