Tricks And Tips For Manual Stretching

Did this stretches over a thick fulcrum as usually,
but this morning I did it standing in the shower.
I have always doin this while sitting before but I thought I would try it standing for a change.

When doin these upward fulcrum stretches I could really feel the stretch taking place along my hole shaft at my sides.. that I usually didn’t feel while sitting.

I think I will continue doin these standing!

I’ve always done fulcrum stretches standing in the shower, I used a plastic tube with a webbing strap which I stand on which leaves both hands free to stretch.
To stretch downward I just put the strap round my neck instead.
You do get a much better stretch when standing.

I havs always doin these fulcrums sitting but doin it standing was a higher level.

I’ve noticed this tunica relaxation response with stretches in other directions. At the end of the stretch, I can actually FEEL my tunica has expanded and stretched. I gains this is what we want to achieve when stretching.

Yes there is little or no turtling because they mostly stretch the tunica.

My gains stop. So I think I’m going to take a break, but what should I do next?

Can I do the same thing but start at the beginning or should I move on to something else?

Marinera i know this might be off topic but i think i remember reading where you gained1/2 inch from jelqing how many dry jelqs did you have to do slowly and how many jelqs did you work your way up to?

If it is something that has worked, doing it again is the wise choice IMO. After a break I would do a month of newbie routine, then the more advanced stuff for 2-3 months; if it has not worked a short decon break again and a fresh start with something new.

I started with wet jelqs. I did 3-5 session per weeks, about 20-30 minutes each. Nothing spectacular really.

Do you have any suggestions on jelq techniques to prevent more/reduce turkey neck?

I’m doing dry-jelqs with an OK-grip, but when I start the stroke from the base I drag alot of the scrotal/base skin.

As said this thread is on stretching. You can find the correct technique for dry jelqs (according to my opinion at least) here

When doing fulcrum stretches how much force is applied?

Push Your Abdomen Back When Stretching

I’m not sure if this applies to everyone, but you just have to try and report back.

When stretching, I notice that if my push my abdomen back my penis can stretch longer. Of course it is hard to say for sure because the visual effect of cutting your fat pad in a few seconds can make the mind feel things that aren’t happenins, but I’d say there is actually a physical effect : my penis can stretch easier if I push my abdomen back, like when you make a deep inspiration breathing. Can’t say the reason, I have no clues. But as said, just try and report back.

Sometimes after a stretch the tip of my glans has turned dark blue/purple. This obviously isn’t a good thing and is likely caused by a grip that is too tight (any looser and I would slip though). The normal color comes back after a few seconds and there is no numbness etc. One stretch usually last 2-4 minutes. Oddly enough, fulcrum stretches don’t seem to cause any trouble.

Does anyone else have this happening? Should I be worried?
