Look here before you decide to buy

I bought a Jes-Extender, but do not feel it was a worthwhile purchase. There are much cheaper versions that seem at least as good, but even then I would look at it only as a supplemental aid, not an alternative.

The theory is good, and I’m sure it would work except that in my case, I just could not get is to stay on without wrapping so tight it turned my head blue inside 20 minutes. And that cannot be good for your buddy.
