I started PE August 2004. So far I gained <.5” length and 0” girth. After the first month of basic exercises this was my routine thereafter:

3 min warmup
400-600 jelqs
20-25 supra slammers (girth exercise- if you want description holla)
2 min warm down

3min warmup
30-50min stretching
2min war down

Total time ~ 1h30min-2h30min

I did this routine on average 3-5 days per week

I busted my ass doing this routine with minimal gains. I am going to only jelq from now on; 30-40min per day. I will do this 5 days per week for 2 weeks and report my gains.

Theory: Less is more

Conclusion: Will see

BTW should I do stretches before?
