Too much girthwork.weak erections

I kind of went overboard and did a lot of pe in a short amount of time. My erections suck now, and haven’t been up for pe . I was doing heavy girth and was excited(stupid me). My erections feel much less rigid and vascular. It feels as if I blew a vein/capillary inside my penis. What should do or take?


Started: Bpel 7 mseg 4.5

Current: Bpel 7.5 mseg 4.75

Goal: at least 8.5X6.5

The only thing you can do is get adequate rest. I’d suggest just taking a week off and seeing how your body feels. You’ll probably bounce back better than ever given some time to adjust

You obviously need to give your penis a rest. Wait until you feel it get strong again, and then take it easy.

Are you sure it’s not fluid build up? After lots of clamping my erections are usually softer, but a good portion of jelqing usually clears that up.


Then: 6.75" x 5" ----> Now: 8.5" x 5.75"

No I’m sure it’s not. It feels as if I’m short of a vein or two.

I’m a huge proponent of not PE’ing until fully recovered, and that includes rest days between girth exercises, ie jelqing, pumping, etc. Read the thread ‘Understanding Cell Growth’ in the main members area, it touches on the overtraining you are clearly doing, and offers an alternate approach I’m certain will help you more. That being said, I haven’t tried clamping yet so maybe hbgreek may have apoint with the fluid buildup tip. If I were a betting man though, I’d say you overtrained.
