Too early to start clamping?

I have been PEing I would say for the past year or so. However, I have never been consistent, and the longest I have been consistent as just over 6 weeks. ( Back in November- December of last year). By the end of those 6 weeks, i found out i had been gripping my unit too hard and masturbating too much which killed any chances of gains and made erections hard to come by.

I took a week or two off and I have been during a little PE here and there about once a week. The reason I feel I’m falling off of my routine is because I’m tired of doing the same exercises and getting no where with them. If I were to pick up clamping I’m sure I would be motivated to continue on ( especially since i want only girth).

Since then, I have decided to stop masturbating so much ( once per week now) and stop watching porn.

Could I pick up clamping as my base exercise instead of jelqing or is it too early?


Now: BPEL - 8.58" (21.8 cm), NBPEL - 7.44" (18.9 cm), MSEG - 5.1875" (13.18 cm)

Short Term Goal: NBPEL- 8" (20.3 cm), MSEG - 5.5" (14 cm)

Long Term Goal: NBPEL- 8"+ (20.3 cm+), MSEG - 6.0" (15.24 cm)

Youngnswolen, you have to be consistent for at least 2-3 months before clamping. It’s called conditioning yourself, after all, it is your dick. By the way, you may want to go back and read the Forum Guidelines. Its ‘I’ not ‘i’, sorry but we do by the Guidelines.

Don’t jump into clamping too soon, okay.

I would not suggest it. Why do you think that you would be more motivated to continue with clamping compared to other PE?

I think it’s too early to do clamping as your primary PE exercise.

I clamped fairly heavily for several months before taking a year long break from PE. I came back and did not recondition properly. I figured I wasn’t some newb and that I knew my dick well enough to avoid injury.

Wrong!

I got my first ever thrombosed vein from a combination of clamping and jelqing at too high an erection level.

So definitely be patient and get yourself in shape.

Also, don’t get too eager…while many have reported great gains from clamping, mine were negligible and many have seen none. It’s not a magic bullet for girth.

I personally think jelqing is the best way to gain girth, but will continue to clamp periodically just in case I’m wrong. :)

I’ve been trying to do the newbie routine forever now, and its pissing me off because something always comes up or I don’t have enough time. Jelqing has become so boring, just squeezing my dick for 15 minutes at a time. :( , its like I need something new.

So the “novelty” of PE has worn off: great, find something else to do. Ultimate season is coming up, pull out the frisbee. Read a book. Iron your clothes. Get out there and experience life.

Nobody guaranteed that PE was going to be “fun”. If you’re bored with it, then find something fun to do.

You are very right my friend. However, I did some research and decided to give it a small try to see if I would receive negative PI’s ( I did not plan on doing a full session, just clap fro 5 minutes or so take it off and see what happened.)

I just got out of the clamp about 20 minutes ago, and I haven’t received any of the negative pi’s! My penis is more plump, full, and warmer, in its flaccid state than usual.

What about this? I am taking off for a few days, and seeing if I get any Negative PI’s such as less erections and no more morning wood.

FYI, I am not going to start clamping just yet. I am just using this as an indicator of How conditioned my dick really is. Eventually, I will begin to mix these in after 6 weeks or so.
