Today is the first day of a 10 day

De-conditioning break. I will still do light jelqing and manual stretching in the days off. I need to find something out to jump start my gains again. I have reached a plateau and can’t seem to get past it so without further a due I will be taking 10 days off hoping to see some form of gains when I start back.

Routine

Morning when taking a shower 6-9 minutes of stretching SD,SO and SU and some mild jelqing while I have soap on my wang

—-Every other day
10 minutes jelqing
15 minutes clamping w kegels
10 minutes jelq
15 minutes clamping w kegels
10 minutes jelq
15 minutes clamping w kegels

Light jelqing on my off days if I have time

Don’t know what else I need to do to start with the gains again all I am looking for a modest .25 mid shaft

You aren’t going to de-condition very well when you PE for over an hour every day. My total workout is an hour long, and your light workout is an hour?

The light jelqing on my days off would be about 30 minutes

I thought de-conditioning was abstaining from PE.

Dude, that’s not a deconditioning break, that’s just another routine. But hopefully it will work for you.

Well then I will skip the jelqing during the 10 days off. I though something light would keep things fluid and pliable.

My suggestion would be take the break, period. After all, growth occurs while resting. Give it a chance. Just my opinion. :leftie:

Well…30 days may not be enough. I took a 60 day decon last year after my gains slowed down. And, after 2 months, gains were still slow coming.
I’m thinking of upping my next one to 90 days.
