Exactly. Considering majority of PEers start off with just jelqing and stretching, and this is when they make the most gains, one would say jelqing and stretching gave them the best results.

I completely agree but it seems best to start from where people have had success. All we really have is anecdotal evidence since the science of PE is “under development.”
