Did you jelq 5 days in a row with weekends off?

Yes, I stretch my unit in sitting position and 5 days in a row. I don’t count how many times I stretch in an hour but I guess about 40 times. I stretch my thing as long as I don’t feel the pain and hold it about ten seconds and release it. Keep faith in P.E. It works for me and will work for you too.

So you stretched for 1 hour AND jelqed for 1 hour?

No. Only one hour for both jelq and stretch.

I am at 6 months and no gains. Though I haven’t hit the one year mark yet, I do fear I may join the club of guys that PE doesn’t work for. I did the newbie routine for 3 months and the memento routine for about 3 months. I have seen some flaccid improvement, but zero BPEL gain, my primary goal. I am considering hanging. If that doesn’t work, I think my wife will just have to continue suffering with my 4.75” monster.

Well, I know for me, I will never quit. Even if I don’t get anymore gains, PE is a great thing and promotes penis health. IMO. If I quit, I would hate to think even 2yrs down the road with no gains, that just maybe that third year I might have gained. I will do some sort of PE for years to come or until satisfied. HA-HA, satisfied, that’s funny!

Ten years? I don’t know, but as I see it right now as long as there is a benefit I don’t plan on stopping.

why do you say ” casual stretches”?.

Since January I have made about your gain but I have always trained in religious way.

But perhaps is the same stuff.

Casual stretch means I don’t use things like warm wrap, lotion, hanger, pump, extender etc., You know, I just do the simple thing, dry jelq.

I started PE in summer 2004. My first device was the Phallosan ADS. It didn’t work for me, I just had a little glans enlargement. After ~9 months I stopped this, had a break, tried jelqing for a few months and then started with hanging (five months ago). I am at 5kg (11lb) and still haven’t seen any length or girth gains. I am hanging as much as I can, mostly in the evening. Hang time 2 hours each day, SO and SD, 6 days on one of, inconsistent use of an infrared lamp. Do you have any suggestions? I think of a deconditioning break.
